      I booked dog walking services with follow your nose in December 2023. I paid for two months of service upfront. After I no longer was working at the job after 2 weeks, I no longer needed service. I was told they would reimburse one of the two charges. That never happened so I reported it to my credit card company who said that I was charged twice because that was the only option available. The business to speed at this. They did tell me I was entitled to store credit but nothing more. I am seeking store credit. I spent $810 upfront more than five months ago and used only $120 of service. I try to handle this in person, on the phone, etc. Wow, they offer no refunds. I was told and no minced words, that I could have a store credit. They are backing down from this and yhreatrning a restraining order if I continue to inquire about the store credit, calling me mentally unstable and threatening to make life hard for me.

      ***************** signed a contract for ************* which requires a 6 month commitment or she is billed at Vacation Rate. 
      She booked and canceled multiple times and made up a number of stories about her job, trips she booked coverage for and then proceeded to leave threatening and vulgar messages. 
      She lost 2 chargebacks that we have to defend. She lied and told conflicting stories. We did not get paid for months including for services provided. I received vulgar messages because she wanted credit and the chargeback. 
      She wasted an inordinate amount of time and we bill for our time. 
      We do not offer refunds and this is spelled out in our contract. 
      She sent emails, messages through our POS website system, showed in th store and was abusive to my staff.
      Based on her behavior, we are not interested in offering credit for future service and we never offered store credit.
      We do not have to deal with liars, vulgar language and threats and while Im sorry it reached this level, this was 100% of ******************* doing. If she could not afford service, she was aware of the cost, billing policies, and the contract before she signed. I believe she wanted the discount without the commitment which is not acceptable to us.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      **************** has a history of threatening a retraining order to her customers and banning them from entering her store that is benefiting from receiving money for no services offered.


      I started services because I I had a new job taking me outside of the home. After i quit a week later, I cancelled service with , and was reminded by **************** that they do not offer refunds but they do offer store credit and I could reschedule at any time
      I had a job interview on Jan. 16 in ***, i was to use their services for two days, but due to inclement weather my flight was cancelled. Knowing their cancellation policy, I called 7 days in advance to let them know the weather wasnt looking good and may need cancel. I called again closer 4 days from the date of service  to let them know the weather was not getting better and my flight may be cancelled. When I called to cancel, I was told they were aware based on my proactive messages. These are not stories, but the facts, The truth was never changed, as **************** claims.

      I went into the store several times to sort this out in person, as well as calling from the months of Januaury though May. I let them know via voice mail, since they could not return any of my calls, that I would come in for my house key and to spend my store credit. I would l*** to obtain proof that I abused her employes. I tactfully expressed my frustrations with the with kind, unknowing  employee about their bosses unethical behavior and business practices. As a witness to a sibling dying by abuse, I take these allegations seriously and would *** concrete proof.

      I have been a loyal **************** customer for many years, and have never disputed a charge. When I disputed the charge the first time **************** offered only the option to file a duplicate charge, which was incorrect. After **************** called me a liar, I called **************** who offered and recommended to change the classification and reopen the dispute, I can share the outcome of this dispute with you via request from a lawyer or the BBB. I had filed a small claims court case, but filed a motion to cancel it for various reasons, including not wanting to encounter *************** who has a reputation for nasty behavior and lying in court, including customers who have witnessed her abusing her staff.       To whom it may concern,

      When *****************, after receiving services, disputed her charges in January 2024 she was at the same time, calling in additional reservations and canceling them AND  at the same time coming to the store demanding a refund.

      We told her she had to wait for the legal process to play out and we gave the expected date which we were given by our processor of April 25 2024.  When she lost the dispute she tried to put it through again and lost a second time. The dispute process prevents us from getting paid for services we provided so in reality her payment was 6 months late. 

      Since January 2024, she left vulgar messages on our voicemail, threatening messages at the store with store staff, threatening messages on our company voicemail,  plus vulgar and threatening emails.  She posted lies on Yelp. We kept all of it. She will say anything to get her way and does not accept the contract she signed which clearly states no refunds.

      We will not work with a liar and someone harassing us. If this harassment of our business that she has lost 2 disputes over continues we will have to take legal action to protect our business. We actively provide excellent customer service but there are people who are scammer or trying to take advantage which is why we have a contract that we honored and ***************** does not.

      I am rejecting this response because: There is no resolve to my valid money sitting with this nasty merchant who is taking my money for no service offered by banningme from their store. Their response is riddled with lies. I never abused employees. I left messages stating the facts. I left aYelp review wtating the facets, to which I have had 4 people reach out to me to air their grievances with Follow Your Nose. They are keeping money and barrign merchants from service after months of no response frm merchant who will only respond on this manner and lie without taking responsibility for their actions of banning customers and keeping their monsey for no service rendered. I won the second dispute leaving me with $316 in funds this merchant will not allow me to use. This is criminal.
