Date 11/17/2023 The day I purchased the car on 11/16/23 after test driving as soon as I pull up to the dealer a light appear at the dashboard transmission default. **** (dealer manager stated it was because the car had not been drove but he will make sure that will not happen again. He will make sure the car was in good condition and working with no issues. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and they day I picked up after driving it for about 2 blocks it broke down.I drove the vehicle back to the dealer and it was checked by their mechanic, after about an 1 hour ***** (sales person) told me the vehicle was resettled and and should give me no issue. I left and drove it for 2 blocks and again the car broke down with a light on dash broad stating transmission default. I called ***** and he came to pick me up and he drove my vehicle back to the dealer. They kept the vehicle for 1 month and called me that the vehicle was ready to pick up it was a Thursday. The following Monday I was back to dealer due to the same reason. Car was not picking up and light came up again and transmission default. Again after few weeks I was called again and that the vehicle was ready and to pick up. Picked up the vehicle and drove it for about 20 minutes when I had to turn back due to the same transmission default. **** stated he will have it checked again. He calls me the next day ****, that need to come and drive the call with ***** with because they were not getting the erro of transmission default when they drive it. So I had to come down and drive the vehicle with ***** with me. Of the course the light came up again. They kept the car again.I just got a text from *** (new manager) that the vehicle was ready and that I need to sign the documents to get the car. As I am reading the documents of services they went thru my warranty I had purchase for my vehicle without my consent. They have made fraud. I don't think is fair they take advantage of women.
