On April 17th, 2024 I ordered a pizza with all ******************* & half hot and green peppers. The pizza was made incorrectly with peppers all over it. We called and they said they would send the correct one and we would give the incorrect one back. The second pizza was also wrong, so the manager said she would issue us a credit. We called a little over a week later to use the credit to order a pizza and they had only credited us $2.75 for the pepperoni they left off. The manager never mentioned this when we called and let them know the second pizza was also incorrect & she said the whole pizza would be credited.Initial Complaint

On 04/14/2024 am beyond grossed out, sickened, disgusted and a bit furious. I had a taste for a stuffed Artichoke. Ive gotten them from Barracos in the past, probably the ************** location. Tonight I picked one up from the ********* location, it didnt taste right, it tasted spoiled, so I dissected it and it was full of mold. I called, asked to speak to a manager, the person, ****** said he was a manager, I explained to him the mold, he says no,no artichokes are green. He said send pictures, I did, immediately he said let me go speak to the owner. I said Id like to speak to the owner. The owner couldnt bother to get on the phone . I have pictures.Initial Complaint

My fiancee and I were being discriminated towards at Barroco's pizza in Crestwood, we came in after an elderly Caucasian lady she was taken in right away,we stood for 15 min at the door the only people standing waiting to be seated,so a young man asked us were we helped we to him we were here for the lunch buffet,he said sit anywhere and what would we like to drink,we found our seat got our cold food,and our drinks we sat on the counter,so we sat ate a little waited for water napkins and utensils,46 min our table was never greeted, several Caucasian couples came in and the waitresses fell over each other to greet them gave them water , utensils ect,so after an hour of waiting I said let's go,I waited for someone to come to the front seeing we never had a waitress or a bill so we walked to the front counter,the young man that we saw coming in asked if we needed help I said yes,I said I would like to pay my bill,he said your waitress would have taken care of that for you I stayed that I never got water a waitress or utensils,and have never been treated this way as a paying customer ,especially when this establishment was referred to me by several of my Caucasian acquaintances that live in the area, we paid our bill ,I heard the waitresses say well did they at least pay the bill .I screamed yeah I paid my bill.tried calling to get a corporate number but all you get is a run around and on holdInitial Complaint

On October 21, 2022 I placed an online order for pick up from this establishment. The order I placed was a slice of pizza with ground *************** My ************* went in & they asked if they could be seated, we were told we could not be seated because of the fact that I ordered take out. I left my take out at the front so my friends could sit down & eat just for us to not receive ANY service or acknowledgment at that. We sat at the bar the lady (manager) who was there stated she could only give shots at the moment since the actual bartender was not on duty yet but then proceeded to walk away from us & still not service us just to finally say that now all of a sudden shes cant serve us because shes not the bartender. She completely ignored us as if we were not there. Now its time to eat my food once we leave the place just for my pizza to not be at all what I asked for or expected. I gave them a call back they hung up on me twice then stated that only cooperate gives *********** would have to talk to them just to find out that they have no real cooperate & Ill have to wait for a phone call that I obviously never received. The service was completely rude & nasty they treated us like we werent even there. Very unacceptable
