    They charged me $1,100 to open our septic tank and clean the sewer lines. They did NOT clean out the sewer lines completely and I had them come out to finish the job which they did and now they want another $834 for finishing the job. I am a handicapped disabled person and I don't have this kind of money. The $1,100 was too much to begin with and now they want another $834 to finish a job they should have done in the first place? This IS "predatory" business and billing. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE ever again unless the just don't mind being RIPPED OFF!

    On June 19, 2023 we went to the home of James E*** for sewer backing up/not going down in downstairs bathroom. We dug up the septic tank to find that the Septic Company forgot to clean out the first tank. We jetted the sewer line from the tank to the house and cleaned that pipe out. We had him flush the toilet to be sure it was draining properly. We took the jetter and garden hose to try to clean/break up solids in the tank the best we could and got it flowing. We told James he should have the Septic Company come back out to clean out the tank and he said it was hard to get them to come out and cover the tank back up. We covered the tank back up and left. On June 30, 2023 James called and said the septic was backing up again. We went back to his home, dug up the tank to find more build up in the tank which backed up into the line going into the house again. We jetted that line again and had him flush toilet to make sure it was flowing. We told him that he needed to get the Septic Company to come back out or he would have the same issue again. We also gave him other options that he could do and he replied no to them. We had cleared the line and were told to leave the tank uncovered as the Septic Company was coming back to pump the tank and cover it back up. We finished up and left. We had not heard from James until he called to complain about his bill. We received this email and have tried to reach James twice by phone on 7/13/23 and have yet to hear back from him. The Septic Company could have resolved this without us being involved. We provided the service James requested of us and feel that he should be responsible for payment.
