This started with an order made in November 2021, with delivery in **** months which takes us to November 2022. The business does not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. I visited their business on February 23, 2023 because I had decided they didn't exist. There is a display yard and a small office. The gentleman I talked to found my original order and said I could cancel and get a refund and he would send a check the next day. I have not received anything or been contacted by them. They advertise as being Amish which is probably false advertising as well.Initial Complaint

This company was at the Times Square Mall. I spoke with them and decided to purchase a carport from them on 5/22/2021. I paid $1399.61. They told me I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. The delivery and setup was included. I didn't receive it in the 4-6 weeks and I didn't hear from the company. I reached out to them and I even drove to their location. On their business, it states they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or they will refund you. When I finally spoke to the company, they told me it was on order and they were still waiting on it. They said they were waiting on a part. That was last month. I haven't heard from them since. I last texted him on 8/18 and I haven't heard anything back.Customer response
