    Attached is my reservation confirmation/ and the amount that was charged to my card. Please note I was told there was no queen double available- when we checked in. When we got to room 303 it was a double however the door did not lock. We missed half of the event that we came to town for because we could not leave the room because the door did not lock waiting on hotel to come up with a solution. The male clerk at the front told be that safety should not be a concern because people would not know my door didnt lock if I dont tell them. However We were moved to room 306- it was a One bed/sofa bed. It did have some trash on the floor beside the bed . Bath tub had hair and ring around it. -sofa sleeper had a dirty sheet left on it that had a ***** ring that appeared to be urine. We bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom. We were told that housekeeping only works days and they had already left. We sprayed Lysol and double sheets on the sofa sleeper to give my child somewhere to sleep. However she said it smelled like urine and ended up just throwing a sheet over the couch and sitting up most of the night.. the next night she stayed with my family member that was in town. When we came back to the room on Saturday night after our event the air condition was not working- blowed warm air. I was up all night because it was hot. I was told that there were no other rooms to move to. This was indeed the worst experience I have ever had at aChoice hotel. I was told that one night of my stay would be refunded due to the condition of my stay however. Not only was I charged more than the agreed fee. My card was charged additional fees. I have attempted to reach GM several times and was told each time that she is unavailable. I even reached out to choice hotels to assist and they said it needed to be handled by the hotel. Staff at the hotel did apologize for the condition of the room - however was unable to place me in another room due to hotel being booked.

    Definitely not worth the money. I will not recommend. The whole establishment needs cleaning. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom floors caked up dirt and the shower ceiling was moldy. We had no air all weekend long. No other rooms available to accommodate the 5 of us. Not to mention 3 of the 5 were kids. Pool was closed all weekend long even though we were told at check in that it would reopen on that Saturday morning. The pictures online do not match the actual hotel in person. Breakfast very limited in choices, they kept running out and the food was being cooked in the microwave. To end this review, I would say the hire should consider really taking the time to fix the known issues. Even one of the staff members informed me that the room we were in should not had been used because of the known air conditioning problems with the unit. I was given an email to reach out to the ** "*****". I emailed them the Saturday that we were still there and then also 2 other times since we checked on Sunday. I've called everyday only for "*****" not to be available and now here we are on Wednesday, and they are ignoring my calls, I guess because they see my name pop on caller id. This is unacceptable and the truth be told I don't see how they are up to cold with regulations to where they can still be open.
