I am impressed with the quality of Chesley fences and services. My recent experience truly exceeded my expectations and deserves special recognition.My vinyl fence project was a big undertaking for me as I wasnt sure what I wanted. **** and **** got various samples, made calls to the manufacturer, and answered all my questions. After reviewing I decided on the Melbourn vinyl fence in the Adobe Streaked and Embossed color. This fence is truly outstanding, and I have had several people tell me how much they like it and they actually thought it was wood.I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to **** and **** for their exceptional services. **** and ***** effort made a significant difference in my experience and did not go unnoticed. Their service was outstanding and deserves recognition.Also, the two installers, ******* and **** (the *******), and ***** (his helper) deserves special recognition also. This fence was around my swimming pool and presented a few challenges for them. I was very impressed with them and their work ethics. While I am sure many people have had great experiences with this company, mine were not. They installed our vinyl privacy fence in the summer of 2022. We were very happy with everything. ***************** price and installation. The following spring our gates started to bind up. I called and they were great about getting back out to adjust the gates. Although I had to call them every couple of months to come adjust them, they would come out no problem. After they came out 3 or 4 times, I started to notice why the gate was binding up. After a very frustrating conversation, ****** agreed with me that a post was leaning and was continuing to lean farther. They came out 2 more times to replace the post and instead trimmed the top rail to make the gate open. The final time, getting my wife out there to push on the gate while he tightens it. Im not sure if it is laziness or a lack of knowledge. Either way, its embarrassing. I now have to pay out of pocket to have a different company redo this section correctly.

We strive to not only meet but exceed each client's expectations. We are looking into this further and a member of our management team will reach out to you. This certainly is not the norm and we appreciate your business and feedback.

From start to finish Chesley Fence & Deck was professional! Their project manager, ****, made sure to provide proof of insurance at the initial estimate, and he took the time to really understand what kind of fence we wanted and how we needed it to perimeter our yard. Their coordinator, ****, had wonderful communication for every step of the process. After our payment, we had an install date within ten days! The install of the entire fence, AND clearing the old fence along our back wall, only took ONE day! It turned out amazing! Weve gotten so many compliments on it and our dogs are SO happy to freely roam their yard!

First let me say that if I could give 0 Stars I would. Secondly my issues are with Chesley as a company not any of the workers that installed our wood fence. I went with Chesley Fence and Deck due to always seeing such nice work out in the public. I now understand that they sub contract out the fence installs. Again before I get started with my review I want to STRESS that the issue is not work the quility of work done our fence looks great and its exactly what we asked for. Monday Sept 11th was our install date I left to take the kid to school at 730am and to my suprise they was already outside and waiting to get started! Everything went great they had our old fence removed and on the truck in maybe an hour. As they was digging in our back yard they hit a gas line ( Yes we had a ***** they even called in to setup for us ) NOW I want to be very clear accidents happen and we are not upset they hit the line and ***** told me they are sending them the bill so no issues there. My only issue ( and I feel this is huge others may not agree and thats fine ) When the workers told us we had to evacuate our home me or my wife does not speak Spanish and none of the workers could speak or understand English. The only issue I have and again I feel its huge is any company that has workers that do not speak or understand any language there should be a Rep on site so everyone can communicate ! We have Dogs and kids we had to get out of our home and I feel that any company can hire anyone to do the job BUT it is the COMPANIES responsibility to make sure everyone can communicate in case of emergencys. I understand they have more than one job going on at once and again thats fine HOWEVER in the future please make sure that everyone on the job site can communicate if something like this happens again. They had to use ****** Translate to let us know we had to evacuate our home. A Rep from Chesley didnt even show up and the workers used the water from our pool to mix the concrete.

We cannot apologize enough for this situation, nor imagine how scary and frustrating this was for you. We mandate an English-speaking ******* on each job site, and he was on site but unfortunately had to leave for 1.5 hours to replace a broken piece of equipment. He should have notified you of his departure. We are implementing more policies to ensure communication is not an issue. Again, we genuinely apologize and appreciate your business. We strived to meet or exceed your expectations, and we know we fell short. We are always open to talking more about the situation if you are interested. Thank you.

Extremely happy with the results of my cedar privacy fence. Price, workmanship, professionalism, timing was all spot on. Would definitely recommend this company and this team.From the salesman to the working team, I couldn't be happier. They also removed my old chain link fence. When I moved in 9 years ago, it had parts of an old cedar fence that we took down. I wasn't sure what kind of concrete they would encounter. They had zero issues and the cost I was quoted was the price I paid.I highly recommend Chesley Fence & Deck to anyone looking to put in a privacy fence.

Our fence looks amazing! The entire process start to finish was great. Salesman was very clear with options. Between my sales appointment and install date, **** & **** kept me informed on updated regularly. After final grading was done for the pool installation, **** came back out to help us make some adjustments to the original layout. Install day, the crew was very professional. They works hard and we’re very efficient. Would highly recommend!
