I had been assigned medical transportation by my insurance company for BlueCab *** to pick me up daily for a medical medication dosing. I have been having issues in regards to not being picked up by this company to my medical appointments. This is supposed to be a medical transportation therefore it's of vital importance to be picked up and taken to my appointments. My insurance company AETNA compensates this transportation company to pick me up for my appointments. It's ridiculous how this company can take on these contracts to pick up people for their appointments and not follow through on them. I have had to find my own transportation on 2 occasions already because I was not picked up for my appointments. Something needs to be done in order for this to work and this company needs to be penalized for breaking the agreements and leaving me and others as well without transportation to their medical appointments.Initial Complaint

Hi ************ is used by my insurance company To book ride for medical reasons ,Which they get paid for it from the insurance company 10 times the amount that u ** charges for the same trip ,anyway they did not show on my schedule in advance pick up times of 11 AM from home appointment for pick up from home resulting and missing my doctor ************ I am a disabled person and I cannot drive anymore and thats my only transportation and that they do not communicate with us they dont let us know theyre not coming so we can arrange for different transportation there was no communication from the company .the company did this to me in the past twice already and I hope the insurance company stop using them,When I when I called the company to check on my ride at least three times the the person who answer the phone they are have very bad attitude, unbelievable they need to be reprimanded for what they doing and Im sure they have done this to too many clientsInitial Complaint

On June 30th I ordered a blue cab for 2:00 pm Inwished to go to ************* in ******* to catch a4:00 pm train . I waited outside from 10 minutes to 2:00 until 3,30 when a cab finally did show up. Too late to make it to Union station. I called the dispatcher at least 4 times maybe more while he assured e the driver was on his way. I am 83 years old and it was about 90 degrees that day. All I am asking for is the $30 cancellation fee from amtrac
