I contracted Red Weddings for my wedding on 10/9/2021 for photography and videography. I paid $8,000 for services. Estimated delivery was **** weeks. I had to ask ***** repeatedly for my photos. They did not get uploaded to the gallery until mid February (February 16th). We have not received our final cuts of the 1 minute trailer of our wedding in addition to the final cut of the 5-7 minute teaser trailer. ***** has repeatedly said these videos are 90-95% complete. I had expressed in writing that our hard deadline for completion was October 9, 2022 (exactly 1 year from our wedding). That evening, he had stated that he was having software problems that prevented him from getting the final versions in our hands. We have offered to purchase raw footage of our wedding---***** has not committed to a timeline as to WHEN he can get footage onto a hard-drive. Today, I disputed one of the invoice payments with *********** from 6/17/2021. This was $4000. Since this is past 60 days of service date/purchase date, I am doubting my dispute will be successful. In addition to this, he has not provided a flash drive with our photos as expressed in the contract. I want the job finished (both videos complete) in addition to flash drives with final product in addition to a refund of services that were not provided on time.Business response

This issue has already been resolved with our client. They should be contacting you to rescind this complaint due entirely to the catastrophic affects the pandemic had on my business. Please advise if they do not, or if this will leave any sort of "blemish" on our good name. Thank you.Customer response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
Hi, I'd like to add an update to this case: #******** The owner of the business has partially satisfied our wishes. However, he did agree to finalizing our two owed videos by December 21st. This was an option that he signed off on intending to fulfill. These videos were never received and we have not heard from ***** whether he will ever complete our owed videos.
Sincerely,

Thank you for the notification,
Good lord - as the client states clearly in their complaint and which is clearly stated in the contract they themselves created - delivery of anything further - was an *option* - that would be compensated further for if delivered - and the terms of which were confirmed by the couple as an "optional extra" - that would incur no penalties if time and resources were simply not available internally for us to do so (beyond our not receiving 2 additional very small payments).
Further, that couples family has already violated our contract that neither they nor their families would disparage our company's name or interfere in our business and attempts to recover from the Covid Pandemic in any way, very much including publicly, by directly contacting and even badgering a wholly unrelated client from a wholly different company I'm involved with through social media to such an extent that client (a kind generous PASTOR for goodness sake) felt they had to block their communications. This immediately caused significant problems, a significant loss of time and has affected my relationship with that client significantly costing us desperately needed revenue, new business opportunities, time (including responding to this now) and done great damage to my already beleaguered reputation and relationship with that client. The disingenuous continuation of their complaint (most especially after breaching their own written contract the complaining party's husband and lawyer who drafted the agreement himself wrote and whose terms were confirmed verbally and by text) seems to absolutely qualify not only as Breach of Contract, but perhaps even Tortious Interference - that I have not and do not intend to take action regarding, unless they continue breaching our agreement or leave us no choice by unrelentingly escalating a situation and executed contract we have 100% fulfilled per their own stated terms and discussions.
I hope this is clear but am happy to answer any questions from you or them and can attach the contract if you wish in the hopes this is finally resolved as agreed and as it more than fairly should be. Thank you for your help.
Best Wishes,
Christopher
