  The date they started working January 6th 2021 roof was done started leaking 6 or eight months later all I want is the matter resolved fix my roof where it's leaking where you put the Breather at

  Well first and foremost I did not have a leakage problem like I have now I had one leak above my garage window before Superior exterior came out to repair my garage roof he added a breather on top that is the main leak and I also has two more other leaks this is not be coming from a chimney so you telling me you repair the whole roof and I have three leeks and places that I did not have leaks before and it's coming from a chimney you're wrong and a ripoff and I will get Justice this is no way for professional company to take care of business there was a man that you sent out here and he told me he did not work for you he was an independent contractor its on my camera you can clearly hear him speaking to my wife through the door saying that he works for Superior exterior and he was coming here to fix the roof leak but he goes up there and caulk my chimney something is very wrong here along with this message that I reject everything that Superior exterior said that they corrected I'm going to be sending some videos of the leakage in my garage and the video of this guy that told me he did not work for Superior exterior he told me he was an independent contractor so who is wrong here I would like this matter resolved and the only way that can happen if he comes out and fix my roof or close up this breather where it's leaking from and the several other places too you have three places leaking on my roof but yet and still you're telling me it's coming from my chimney that is wrong and I will get an estimate from another company if i have to ask two or three companies to let you know and see that their estimate is right that this roof was did wrong by Superior exterior

  I am rejecting this response because first and foremost we are not getting anywhere with comments back and forth now a job was done an unfinished job an unsatisfied job you were paid and I am not satisfied as far as my chimney has nothing to do with my garage leaking where you installed event the mortar on my chimney has nothing to do with the job that was done on my garage roof you mentioned my house roof has nothing to do with the unsatisfied job you did on my garage like I said nothing is going to be resolved unless you come out and fix what needs to be done and please stop talking about my chimney now how long will this take for justice on my behalf I am going to get other estimates on my garage roof and I will post them to show that my chimney has nothing to do with this new leakage Sincerely,
