I reached out to Southside Collision September 22nd, I was referred to them by *****, the inquiry was due to an insurance claim repair. Employee ****** quickly provided me with an appt to have the car looked at for an estimate. The estimate was email to me same day. After submitting the estimate to Farmer for processing, an initial approval was sent for over $1800 vs the $5900 submitted. I was very concerned with the gap and arranged a call with the ***************** adjuster and ****** to walk through the process. On that call ***** was short and stated that Southside would not work with Farmers because they did not meet their labor rate, during the call "*****" (manager/owner) jumped on the call without announcing herself and was extremely rude and dismissive for no reason, she then left the call and ***** took over again. All that was needed was a supplement which has yet to be submitted to Farmer on my behalf and since then I have sent several emails and left several messages for "*****" and have been completely ignored. This exchange was handled so poorly and unprofessionally. Telling a reputable insurance company that that their business is no good is unacceptable. The call was hostile as if Southside had been turned down for something when they had not followed the process for getting the proper rate. And clearly, I did not matter at all (the CUSTOMER). I am still waiting for ***** to call me back since she felt it necessary to disrespectfully jump on and off the call without so much as an introduction.
