Platt Professional improperly took money from my bank account via my debit card because they improperly billed insurance. I have BCBS insurance as my primary insurance, and I am on my father's BCBS insurance which is the secondary insurance. Platt billed one insurance, but not the other, and then despite being advised how to correct the insurance billing by BCBS, Platt still has not correctly billed the insurance and reimbursed me the money that should have been paid by. the insurance had they been properly billed.Business response

We are not able to respond in a public forum without a ***** release. The system indicates a HIPAA Release was offered and accepted on 4/12/2023 but we cannot see the executed release. When we called the support line, they could not see the ***** release either.
If the consumer provides a ***** release, we will include/forward the BBB on our response.We will respond to the consumer via email.
