This review is in regards to the location in ****** ** *************************. My husband and I had gone to the store to inquire about a wood burning fireplace. We were greeted by an employee named ****. He immediately started telling us that wood is expensive and stated that nobody wants a wood burning fireplace (his tone was condescending as he spoke to us as well). He showed us a gas logs (which looked great/real--so we were open to the idea) and we decided to have him come out to our house to take measurements for gas logs. He came out and told me that the fireplace is not venting properly and gave a series of reasons it "could" be. After talking to my husband, we decided to get a quote for a ventless fireplace. I called to talk to **** since he took our measurements and he seemed annoyed and almost not willing to help. He told me if he didn't get the quote to me by the end of the day that he would do it first thing in the morning. The next day, I called **** at 12:30pm asking about the quote because he did not send it to me and his awful/negative attitude put me over the edge. The level of unprofessionalism through this location is mind blowing. There are plenty of other fireplace companies to work with, so take caution if you go to this location. P.S. I still haven't received a quote and it's been 4 days...
