I am very disappointed with the way Chevrolet. Handle my handle my issue. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and driving funny, they called Me and told me good news, It's not your engine or your trans, But it's a few codes coming up and it would cost me $1600 and repairs. I told them to go ahead and fix it. And within picking my vehicle up and driving less than 20 minutes everything was the same. I called and Explain that and they told me to bring my vehicle back on a Tuesday. Mind you, I pick my vehicle up Thursday. I dropped it back off and received another call saying that my transmission is bad. They refused a refund. I did I search to find a recall for my 2018 ****** having these issues.Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort Response

On 16 June 2023, I purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT5 from Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, *********** am writing this note to formally complain about financial officer *********************************** poor communication skills and unethical business practices. My salesperson was ********. She was very nice and cordial throughout the purchasing process. I later met with a finance official (*********************************) to discuss a down payment figure, monthly payments, and last but not least, the annual percentage rate (APR). All of this of course was based on what I could afford. The loan ******** ********************************** went back and forth from Jennifers desk to his desk. He finally came back with an APR of 5.5% beating my **** of America offering. That was good enough for me. I asked about the name of the lending institution and was informed that ************** Finance would be handling the loan. On Saturday, 23 June, I received a surprising billing statement from the ***** *********** After being surprised from discovering **************** was the lending agent, all of the numbers looked good until I got to the annual percentage rate. My APR mysteriously went from a clearly stated 5.5% to 7.4%. I feel that ********* knowingly quoted me the APR for a new vehicle knowing that I was inquiring about a used SUV. From what I understand (according to ***** Fargo), the car dealer set the annual percentage rate of the loan. There was no need to put on an act or show by going back and forth from the sales desk to his seeking the best APR from banks. ********* did not exhibit best business practices or act in good faith. I immediately call to complain about this error in the APR. Once again, ***** Fargo indicated that the loan APR was set by Phillips Chevrolet. I called my sales representative and spoke to her. ******** informed me that the finance department would call me back (and they didnt). I dont know where the term Bait and Switch originated from, but to me, this is a clear example of it.Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort Response

Hi,I found a 2022 Tahoe RST on their website on Dec 29 2021, I talked the sales person *********************** and put the $1000 deposit to secure the in transit car. I sent the pic of driver license and insurance card. He knew I am Michigan customer, which he was fine with it. I signed the **** of sale with all the amounts, car Details With VIN number, mine and dealership details. They forced me add ceramic coating service, it was about $1499 which I was okay with it. So the car arrived on their lot. We started dealing with the financial portion, did someback and forth about what he was getting and what I was getting from my end. I got approval from another bank, which he didnt like. He wanted to have finance the car through their lenders with forcing me to buy extended warranty and GAP insurance, both cost about $3400. With no further notice then refunded my $1000 to my account and said manager ****** Field is not agree with the deal, they blamed me saying they dont deal with out of state customer, they offers good price and few selling talks etc. He was like you are one time customer, you wont come back. I would rather sale it to someone local who might come back. At last they told me to finance with them with $2500 warranty that I have to buy. I said I can do finance but cant afford the warranty.They all are ripping customers off by adding extra accessories and warranty for no reason, they have no rights to do this. They wasted my time, credit score got hurt, took all my personal information. I requested politely to make a deal but they just want more money, must have gotten another customer who they can rip off easily. I have all the possible proof to show you like text messages, video and signed invoice. I warn others to watch out with this dealership, they are selfish people I have ever seen who have no sympathy,Humanity and loyalty. ThanksPhillips Chevrolet of Frankfort Response

Had acomplete brake job done June 2021 cost $875. Had all 4 rotors replaced. Drive vehicle everyday and rotors rusted in less than 2 months. Called dealerships talked to taiej might of spelled his name wrong but he said that he could replaced the rotors again for another $500 & not charge for labor. I've now taken my vehicle elsewhere to get the proper service. Don't understand why my ************************************ the 5 years I've had it put the ones they installed rusted in less than 2 months.
