Had this company replace my duct work in late 2018. They signed me up for a year service package for my A/C that I did not not ask for. They started calling me the spring of 2019 multiple times a day trying to schedule a service. I got fed up with the constant calls, and since I had apparently already paid for this service without my knowledge I agreed to let them Tune up my A/C. I had no problems with the A/C prior to this, but after the service it stopped working. They did not know what was wrong or how to fix it. They offered to charge me an additional amount to top off the coolant on the system, but since it wasn't working I declined. They would not make it right so I found a random guy in my neighborhood to look at it, he immediately saw the problem, and had it working that same day. I tried to forget about this company but a year or so later, I noticed that one of the ducts had fallen off the vent and I was air conditioning my crawlspace. I called them and they sent a tech out for repair. Currently in 2022banother duct fell off. I called for service and they claimed I had an outstanding balance from the last service. They had never asked for payment and since the ductwork had a lifetime warranty, I assumed it was covered. They would not send a tech until it was paid. I paid them $100, and scheduled service for repair. When the service date came, the tech showed up, looked at the problem and said someone would be back with me and asked for an additional fee just for him to drive to me house. The tech did nothing and left saying I could get a call to schedule service. I called the next morning and asked to speak with a manager. The receptionist said they would call me the next day. It's been over a week with no call, no service. Terrible company, terrible quality, constant problems with no response or resolution
