Used Park And Fly to book this particular hotel before we flew out on a trip in June as well as our return and to leave our vehicle all week. When we checked in on the Friday before we left, we told the gentleman that we would not be returning until after midnight the next week. He told us that was not a problem as we were booked until check out. When we returned/landed and got to the hotel a little after 1 AM, our room had been given away because we did not return a call to the hotel attendant to let him know we were still coming (we were in the the air). We explained we told the gentleman the week before that it would be after midnight when we checked in and were told sorry, they could not find our paperwork and if we had an issue had to file with Park and Fly. We did that and got a message back stating from Park and Fly that we HAD in fact checked in at 10:15 per the hotel (could not have because were were flying) and they would not refund us. Park and Fly then told us we had to deal with the hotel. I have since left 2 messages with a manager on duty at Best Western who said he would have the general manager call me back and that has not happened. VERY unfortunate for us being out funds, and not getting to sleep at a hotel we booked when we were exhausted from our 6 hour flight. Not receiving a returned call from the hotel has added to my increased frustration with this situation.
