I ordered Selena the Label crossbody purse. At the time of purchase their website said 100% money back, free returns, no questions asked. When I received the purse, I was not satisfied with the product and requested a refund and directions to return item. They gave me pushback and after several emails back and forth, they said I could return items to ********* but I would have to pay shipping. Im hesitant to do this because I dont feel confident (based on how all of this is going so far) that once I return items and pay shipping, that I will get a full refund. I cannot get any written confirmation from the business that this will occur. Also, their advertisement says free returns.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 purses for Christmas on Oct. 15, 2023. I paid $39.95. The zippers are broken. I notified the business through email. They emailed me back on Sunday requesting a picture of the defect that they had asked for. I sent it to them. Had not heard anything. I emailed them again yesterday requesting my money back and have not heard anything. The ad is on ********* The order number is ******.Initial Complaint

On 5/20/23, I placed two orders for purses from Selena the Label USA, order #****** for $89.90 and order #****** for $13.99. The products were received on 5/31/23. When I looked at one of the purse, right away I saw the inferior material, the cheap zipper that did not close properly and the fastner that was hard to close. I immediately asked for a refund and was told the return address was in ********* and that the return shipping cost was my responsibility. They offered me a 15% refund and to keep the merchandise. I told them that the product was shipped from ******** so why do I have to return it to an ********** address?They are marketing the product with label *** which is false advertising. I am totally disappointed with the poor quality of the product and deceptive marketing. I am requesting a total refund of $103.89 for my two orders.Thank you for your help with my claim.Regards,***************************
