I sent my airbrush for repairs on the 21st of September per the directions on the attached form from their website which advertises approximately a week for turnaround. I sent it away on good faith that they would make good on this but I have not been able to get ahold of them and they made zero attempt to contact me for any reason including possible additional repairs and possible money to do so. The form also asks for contact information which I had provided. I have also included a copy of the cancelled check that was cashed a week after it was sent. I also contacted **************** who refunded me a fraud claim but this doesn't change the fact that my property (the airbrush) hasn't been returned to me. For a little history, this is the second time I have had to go through the exact same issue with this merchant with the exception the last time I was in contact multiple times with them and I would get a different excuse. I make mention of this for two reasons; first I was wiling to give them a second chance and secondly I would imagine my contact information would be on their records and this should further not serve as an excuse why they have neither contacted me nor returned my item.Initial Complaint

I mailed 2 airbrushes needing repair back to Badger Airbrush via **** along with a check on May 22nd, 2023. It arrived at their business on May 24th, 2023. I've tried 3 times in the month of July to contact them via phone to find out the status of my airbrushes. I've also emailed their company. they have not returned my calls or replied to my email inquiry. I've left my name, phone number, and details of when I sent the package and they do not return my calls.I'm trying to find the status of my airbrushes; if they were received, lost, are being worked on, but can't get a reply back from them.
