      Order was placed on 03/05/2024 Total paid $233.37 I ordered 4 Greek items, two blankets, a trucker hat and a pullover. Received all items separately. I received the jacket first. It was supposed to be customized with my sons information. Received the item it was not customized and it had two different colors of gold when they were supposed to be the same. I reached out to company and requested a replacement or refund. I was told I had to pay to ship back and I could get 50% refund or full store credit if I paid return shipping. I told them that wasnt acceptable and I would like my money back. I was told the same thing again. Once I received the remaining items I found they were all defective. I reached out again requesting a return label and a full refund since everything was defective. They again refused and said if I pay to return everything they would give me merchandise credit or half of my money back. All of my follow up emails have been ignored.

      Good Morning, we are sorry you are unhappy with your order.  Upon review of the photos submitted as well as comparing what was ordered, it does look like the items are correct.  No personalization was ordered on the jacket you received.  The blankets are plush and when you run your hand back and forth on them the color does look different.  However, we would be happy to accept the return of the items and offer you a full refund.  Please return the items to:

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company needs to send me a return shipping label. I should not have to pay to return defective items. This company stated that items were correct and not defective even after I showed proof. Multiple straight white lines in the blankets are not from being fluffy. Its from them not making sure the blanket was pressed flat before putting the images on. I would like the blankets remade, a full refund for the jacket and hat and a return shipping label sent to me.

      I placed an order for a customized vest on 12/20/23 with expedited shipping, the order number being #*******. The total of the vest came out to $102.45. It's now 2/13/24 and I have not received the vest nor any updates about it, even though on the website, the item has been labeled "Shipped." ******* tracking number for the order is 1Z88W1F1PW13429940 and when looked it, it shows that only the label has been created. I reached out to the business via their online form to request a refund I believe 2/10/24, though I haven't heard a response yet. I did not send an email as I could not find one.

      I ordered clothing items from Greek Gear.com related to my fraternity, ***** *** **** Our colors are purple and gold. One of the options on the website states “produce in groups colors”. I received the following email in response to my complaint: “…The “produce in groups colors” options means it will be made as pictured online and the items received do match what is pictured online.”. NO WHERE does it state on their website that produce in groups colors is the same as the picture. It is definitely not in the fraternity’s colors. I am wanting either a complete refund or replacement of the items.

      False Advertisement! Warning to purchasers, sizes and look for pet shirt are very inaccurate. I ordered a large (24-45lbs). When the package arrived I knew something was wrong based on the very small packaging, opened to reveal what appears to be a shirt for a stuffed animal. Contacted customer service for an exchange but of course was denied due to the personalization. Do not purchase from here.

      We are sorry the doggie tank tee doesn't work for your pet.  I'm sure you can understand that personalized items cannot be accepted as returns since we aren't able to resell those items.  We did check the sizing listed on our website to the sizing the manufacturer provides and it does match.  We are going to go ahead and credit you in full for your order though.  Thank you for your understanding.

      I ordered 2 oxford shirts (1 white, 1 blue) from Greek Gear a with fraternity crest on the pocket. The shirts arrived 'stuffed' in a UPS mailer. I shook the contents of the mailer to the bottom of the bag and proceeded to cut the bag open with scissors. (the mailer had no tear strip.) Then, lo and behold, the next snip was a bit more resistant than the previous and I realized that I had put a small snip in the white shirt. I discovered that the white shirt had blended in with the color of the predominantly white mailer and the shirts themselves were neither folded nor wrapped to protect them. Greek Gear, at first, offered 20% off my next order, and then 30% off. This is from a company that has been in business for 24 years and, to date, has not figured out its packaging problems and claims to be A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau when the BBB rates them as 1.2 stars!! My request for a replacement of the white shirt is quite reasonable for hi-lighting Greek Gear's packaging and customer relations problems to them which would otherwise have cost them hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars for professional advice to correct.

      This order was shipped via UPS in a UPS provided mailer.  The shirts are folded and placed in the packaging, but items may shift in transit.  In addition, when receiving a package with clothing a scissors should not be used to open a mailer.  We have offered a 30% discount on a new item to replace the item that was damaged by the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: The shirts were absolutely NOT FOLDED! As I stated in my original complaint, they were STUFFED into the plastic mailer so as to be partially wrapped around  each other. With the improvement of adhesives and plastics , over the years, today it is almost impossible to open a mailer at the sealed flap without scissors, if there is no tear strip provided, which this mailer did not have. Had the shirts been FOLDED, they would have stayed at the bottom of the mailer as I snipped the top of the mailer with the scissors. In addition to the thoughtless stuffing of the shirts into the mailer, Greek Gear's dismissive attitude and its non-existent customer service program is astounding! To compensate a customer who has had a terrible service experience with more terrible experience at an increased cost just defies imagination!!

      I ordered a sorority paddle from this business and was impressed with the advertising. As a result, I placed my order on ******** and was told the processing takes 2-3 weeks. I have attempted to call, email, and direct message the business on Instagram during normal business hours in regards to an updated status on my order. I have not received a message however, they are very active on social media. My order number is *******.

      I did not receive my flip flops in the Order #******* . I need a size 10 flip flop shipped or I need you to refund the money for the flip flops. I contacted Greekgear and they act like they do not understand that my flip flop was not in the package for delivery . I am tired at Greekgear acting like do not understand my flip flop was not in my package for delivery. Just send me a size 10 flip flop or refund the money ,$31.97,for the flip flop

      Transaction 1/26/23 Cost $26.65 Order # ******* I purchased a license plate frame which arrived 2/21/23. It covers the registration sticker and county name making it illegal to use. This was not addressed in the item description. (After this occurred I looked at other websites' license plate frames and their descriptions indicate whether registration tags will be uncovered). I contacted them 2/21/23 requesting a full refund and prepaid shipping label as they sold me something that is illegal to use. After three rounds of emails, they refuse to give a full refund. They will only 1) give merchant credit for 100% of the item cost and make you pay shipping or 2) Have you keep the faulty product for 50% refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.

      Placed Order ******** on 11/12. Received right before Thanksgiving. One of the items was not acceptable and I contacted Greek Gear through their website immediately. No response. I began contacting them thru their website multiple times over the next few weeks, no response. On 01/05/23, I found a return section on website and I filled out that. No response. The lettered sleeveless top is very thin. Very heavy and thick Greek letters were applied to it and the shirt doesn’t lay right and looks terrible. I was happy to do an exchange for something else but I just want a refund at this point.

      I ordered a jacket that was red and white with a hood, and cream filled and borders. I ordered it on 12/15/2022 It stated that it would be delivered on the 24th of December of this year. I sent a email to the business and they have not responded. I have not received the item. I have checked the email and I see that I have ordered the item, but there is no tracking number to indicate that the item has been shipped out. I would like my item delivered or a total refund of what I paid.
