      I ordered a fraternity blazer in January and have not heard from them since they got the money from my credit card $227.84 and when I try to call them it always goes to voicemail I would like to get my refund please.

      We did contact the customer on 2/6/24 regarding the back ordered blazer, the customer responded stating they would wait for the restocking date of mid April, the following is the email sent We have not heard from the customer since, the cost of the blazer $129.95 plus tax in the amount of $9.64 has been credited as requested in this complaint. 02/06/2024 14:06:00 ********************** Regarding order greekgear-******* from greekgear (**)To: ************************** Subject: Regarding order greekgear-******* from greekgear (**) Message:We apologize, however our supplier has just informed us the Omega Psi Phi blazer ordered on Greekgear.com is currently on back order with the manufacturer with an estimated re-stocking date of mid-April.       I ordered sweat pants from them. They were below ******* quality at 3 times the price. I returned them for a refund. Their return policy is you get 50% back if you want them to credit your credit card or 100% back if you want store credit. I selected the 50% credit back since their quality is so poor that I would not buy anything from them in the future. It seems to me they buy the cheapest clothing they can find and their return policy is the worst.

      I have had only one experience with greekgear.com. It started out badly. This was maybe 10 years ago. I ordered a custom made banner for my school chapter. The ONE WORD that you would think they could spell, UNIVERSTY (notice the "I" missing), university was misspelled. I had spent $60.00 on the banner and I was LIVID. I needed that banner later that week, about 4 days after it arrived. I had ordered it three weeks ahead of time, knowing it would be a couple of weeks out. I was raging mad. I sent them an email calling them everything but a child of God. Told them they better make it right, or I would fill up ******** and every negative review site that I could. Within 20 minutes I had a phone call from them, first apologizing. They asked me to take a picture of it and email it back to them. I did so, and they remade it with the highest priority, and shipped it out by NEXT DAY AIR. Within 24 hours I had the new one in hand. Somebody made an honest (albeit stupid) mistake, but they made good on it. Since then, I have not needed them any further, but I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

      Buyer Beware -- they sell you their trash! I ordered a mystery box for a friend who just joined a fraternity. I chose the mystery box as I thought it would give an assortment of things. I specified the fraternity name and colors and also a message that was supposed to be included with the shipment. Alas, the order was received with no note, not even a packing slip, and the apparel colors are all wrong!! Customer service was a joke, as since this was a mystery box all sales are final. The real mystery is why are they still in business? If you can't get a simple order right you should just close up. Anyone in the greek world knows how much each organizations colors mean to them...why would they create an item in the wrong colors, and then include it in an order like there was nothing wrong. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Waste of my money to just have to trash these items.

      Greekgear.com would not accept a jacket that did not meet the official requirements. Despite the company's 14 day return policy, I was told there is nothing that can be dome.

      I would not recommend doing business with this company as there is no physical way to contact them for any questions or issues that arise. my child placed an order without consent on 4/4 at 1018pm. It was more money than we can afford. $120 The next morning i was unable to get in contact with them to cancel. Their site says reach out to them within a small window they can make changes to your order. In my case I needed to cancel due to financial reasons. I am fairly certain they did not start working on my order as it does not say "in process". I decided to try online chat on their page as i couldnt find a phone number. I did this at noon the next day after trying for a while to find a way to reach out. 4 hours later someone responded saying We will look into this further for you with our internal production team to ensure everything is handled properly. We'll be back in touch with you ASAP. Well it was the next day the same person responded saying We can cancel however there will be a 25% cancellation fee for doing so. So in essence I would be paying $30 to cancel a $120 order I couldnt afford as it was. I then sent several emails with no response begging them to refund my money as I am fairly confident production hadnt started. They claim this policy on their website "Orders above $100: If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or made a mistake with your order, you may submit a request to return your order within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. Please note, the return options available can vary depending on the item, purchase amount, and reason for needing to return. if your return is authorized, you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for your return ." since my order hasnt shipped or i believe started production i cant understand why they cant help. Also I begged them to reduce the cancel fee to 5-10% which I can try to manage. No response. I am disputing this with my cc company.

      With zero correspondence about a full refund I just received an auto email from Paypal refunding my order partially by 68%. My order was $120.60. Since the company has said they will take a 25% restocking fee i should receive 75 percent back totaling $*****. They only refunded $*****. I am so disgusted with this company that they are keeping money while my order wasnt even in production and I have been corresponding with them for 3 days. Its disgusting how they treat their customers. I am in contact with my credit card company to get the balance. Regardless if I win I still want the difference between ***** and *****. I will tell everyone to stay away from Greek Gear and use "something greek" instead where you can get a live person on the phone .

      I would like to do business with this company and I can't get anybody to give me a call back or email me back.They don't care about customer service at all and should not be in business in my opinion if you don't take the time to return someone's emails when they are trying to purchase items

      Greek Gear is a company that will steal your money! I purchased an item that clearly indicated what I should receive. They shipped an incorrect item. Their policy for return clearly outlines the penalty incurred by the consumer if a mistake is made by the customer. However, they exclude information on what happens when THEY make a mistake and the item is shipped. I tried to work with them asking for the correct item to be shipped and a store credit for future purchases for the shipping cost for me to return the WRONG item that THEY mistakenly sent! Then they had the audacity to send me to read the FAQ's!! Where is your liability and acceptance of your mistake in this situation? This company makes more money than me, not to mention how expensive greek gear is! Do Better Greek Gear! I was WILLING to work with you! Never again! If I could give you a black star, I would! Poor business ethics!

      I should also receive a refund for the reship back to your company! It should not be at my expense due to the lack of attention to the order placed. It may have been an accident. However, it should NOT be something that I have to pay for. Your company makes more money than I do. You eat the cost!

      This company is horrible at refunds. I didnt receive an item ordered for Christmas. When I reached out they stated in an email that they had no idea when it would be available. So I wanted a refund and Im still waiting no customer service support number to call, only email. I wouldnt suggest them.

      Do not shop here. They are unresponsive and falsely advertise. I purchased 2 items that in their descriptions said they were rush produced and available to ship in 2 business days and I also paid extra for 2 day shipping. My items weren't produced in the advertised 2 day timeframe and you cannot reach anyone to speak to as they don't show a phone number. They provide an email which they only respond once saying they will look into the issue after 24 hours but they don't and they never reply again. I don't know where my stuff is at or if I'll ever receive it but they have already taken my $100.Save yourself the headache - DO NOT SHOP HERE!

      Good Morning, you are correct that the item did not ship within 2 days as the manufacturer was out of the product. You placed the order on 11/5 and the order shipped on 11/10 and was delivered on 11/13. The rush production you paid was refunded when the order shipped. I do also show our customer service department was in communication with you. We are sorry we couldn't ship the items sooner.
