Approximately six months ago mt son recieved treatment at a local hospital emergency room. BRIDGEWAY conducted a phone interview with the hospital staff, my son and me. They have been billing me every month since then. I recieved an Explanation of Benefits EOB from my insurance company denial of payment because of incomplete paperwork and improper codes. I have called BRIDGEWAY several times on this issue. They always forward to the Insurance department that is an answering machine. They have never returned my call. I called my insurance company and had them send me the required paperwork with instructions on how to fill it out. I sent this paperwork to BRIDGEWAY along with a letter asking that they take care of this matter. They have not as my insurance company has informed me. They refuse to assit and just send a monthly bill. I cannot fill out the claim paperwork as I do not the coding and proper language required to complete. I do not have any recourse but to turn them into your office. I have to assume I am not the first one to go through this with this company. My insurance company has informed me this is covered by insurance at 100 percent, no deductible. I have done above and beyond to settle this issue with no results. This company is not acting in good faith to settle this issue. I have no power to make them act in good faith and process the proper required claim papwerwork.
