  I have 10 large bushes surrounding my patio. As a senior home owner I am unable to trim them anymore. There was an add in the county paper for this company, over 30 years with BBB accredited. I called made an appointment and was quoted it would cost $800.00. When they showed up I noticed two teenagers with the owner and was told she had to hire another crew. The first boy went up and I heard the owner yelling, the second boy went up and continued were the other left off. I came out to see what all the noise was and it appeared they went too low. The owner said she would take off $300.00 and only charged me $500.00 and they took off not even cleaning up. My ******** lives next door and works from home, she came over and said what happened to the bushes. I had no idea until I went upstairs and noticed 4 of the bushes were cut down to the exposing the middle of the bushes. You can't see the damage from the ground. I called the owner back and she said that she can cut down the bushes since they were dead already. If they were dead then why as a professional company were they trimmed and I was charged? Mr ******** reach out and expressed my concerns. The owner was sorry and agreed to refund $250.00. Two weeks passed and no word. My ******** reached out again but this time the owner got nasty. Claiming she was scamming her for more money and that is against the law. Scamming a senior and not accepting responsibility for the real damage done is the issue.
