The handyman came on January 16 to replace a shower door. The man replaced the door, but drooled a wrongful hole in the frame. When I paid the bill he said he would order a new piece that day and would be in by that Friday. It is now March 2. I have contacted them 4 times with no part replaced yet. I contacted them today and they said part still not in. I have asked for a refund.Business response

I have had the part since las Friday as it was on back order from Kohler, I emailed him twice telling him I would take care of this and all he said was he was contacting the BBB on this, we are ready to take care of this, AlCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: It does not take 3 months to fix the poor installation of the shower door. I would like money back.

******, I think you are being a little unreasonable, the door trim was miss drilled, but it still works, and it has only been 2 months, we serviced you on 01/16/23, the part was the upper trim piece that does not affect the operation, I can only refund the cost of the part, Al
