I have been scammed three times in my ********* has always been though this bank. This most recent one involves an Apple scam having used my identity to steal now close to 2 thousand dollars from my account. The bank has really done nothing for me & has told me to just use Apple to figure it out. I don't even believe after several calls to this bank & once walking in that they are going to do any investigation. All they did was close down my debit card. Apple has finally started my investigation after over a week of calling them every day. It appears the thieves got a hold of my debit card number & created an apple account to make various transactions. This is a very recent debit card that I got only a few months ago due to me being scared from the last 2 scams. I do not or ever have had an Apple Account. It is starting to seem as though there is a data breach at this bank as I have been a victim now 3 times. They haven't said anything about how I was going to be refunded ever. This latest fiasco has been going on for the past 3 weeks. The scammers were hitting me up several times a day. This should have caused a red flag as I have never used Apple before & the bank should have let me know something instead of just letting my account be drained. I am now close to $250 in the hole. And the bank never did an investigation for the other 2 ********* was never refunded back anything also of course. The 1st & 2nd time were somewhere between 500 & **** & were from scammers using my card information at store from what I gather.I am 45 years old & don't even really use online access which doesn't make sense as to how scammers are getting a hold of my information This is horrible for this ******** am finally leaving. This bank needs to be dealt with & I would like my money back.If you need I can send pictures of my bank account showing the charges. There are around 20 or so saying apple.com us & 1 saying apple.com billing
