I placed an order through *******.com for a dish set that was sold by a 3rd party company, Siepka Digital Enterprises. I received an email stating the order should not have gone through as the item is out of stock, The email further went on to say its possible a glitch in the system will provide tracking. It definitely started tracking, and I received a permanent marker instead of a $90 dish set. I reached out to the seller for help and was told a refund would be issued it has been weeks I cannot get any help through walmart.com as the seller tried to pull some kind of scam by sending a permanent marker so ******* system is showing the order as delivered. I have the envelope showing the wait I have the emails from the seller, I have yet to receive my refine about this and the seller is not responding to any messages. Im guessing the seller is a scam site and I just want my refund.
