They stole my money, 1st said theyll give me half my money then said theyll give me nothing, the item was a paper wallet, which had nothing to do with what it was posted , I have pictures ! Thieves!

I ordered a ****** ***** Cars Carwash Playset, and received a plastic fire truck. ****** said that they had used the wrong picture for the online ad, and that the fire truck was what I had actually ordered. I sent multiple pictures of the item listed and the item I received (which were not in any way similar), and the seller refused to replace it with the correct item, even though the ad was blatantly fraudulent. They did an eventually agree to issue a refund if I printed the return label and returned the incorrect item, but would not replace it with the correct item.Review from Sa N

Such horrible customer service. I wanted to order a case of blind boxes. The price was almost $70. I figured there was no way that was the price for one blind box but messaged customer service to be sure. I was told it was the case price. So I placed my order and it came right away (I'm also in ********). I was surprised the shipping box was pretty small. I opened it. Lo and behold it was one single box. When I reached out to them I thought they'd make it right. I even supplied a screen shot of my chat with customer service. Nope. Basically I was told oops, too bad so sad, here's a label to send it back. Toynk can pound sand.Review from James A

Order canceled and refunded with no explanation. Told later that the transaction was declined by my bank. Contacted my credit union and was told that was completely false and was advised against doing business with this company. I will be taking this advice to heart.Review from Chris F

I have ordered the same things multiple times. They take my money, then don't send the product. After asking where the items are, they refund my money without answering my question. So, I reorder. Then it's the same all over again. I finally figured out that if you want an item, you need to buy it through their Amazon shop. I hate Amazon, but unfortunately Toynk doesn't actually send the product when you try to buy direct. But Amazon forces them to actually send the product.Review from Sandra G

Ordered a Dr Who sonic screwdriver for gift . The package looked like it was repackaged , sloppily taped up, and dented. The battery was corroded, and the light does not work after new battery replacement. Shipping was not bad. Thats the reason for the 1 star. If i could give less than a 1, I would.Review from Erica A

I recently purchased a box of 36 My Mini Mixieqs Series 1 from Toynk Toys. I also purchased a 36 box from Amazon. The box from Amazon came sealed in the original manufacturer's shipper and had a great amount of rare & specials figures, even rare duplicates. The box from Toynk did not come in the original shipper. I almost sent it back but figured Toynk Toys was a well known seller, so I kept it. Mistake. The Toynk Toys box had not 1 rare figure & only a couple special figures. A BIG difference! You get duplicates in a 36 Mixieqs box, the figures follow a pattern of every other one being a duplicate. In the Toynk box, I received doubles, triples, even a quadruple figure. I believe Toynk followed the pattern, took out the good figures, then repacked the box. Contacted customer service, was told I had bought a "lot" of 36, even though I received the figures in a store display box. Why would a "lot" be packed in the store box? Also told description didn't say sealed. The Amazon description didn't say sealed box, but was an authentic store box.Review from Dominic D
