1.PARKWAY BANK FAILED TO PROTECT MY ACCOUNT FROM FRAUD CHARGES.scammers committed a fraud charge on my acct. on May 15th. $231.07 2. PARKWAY BANK BLOCKED ME FROM ACCESSING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN 4 TIMES. AND STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THIS ISSUE.3. PARKWAY BANK REFUSED AND FAILED TO INVESTIGATE FRAUD CHARGES, STAFF AT SIX CORNERS BRANCH WASTED A MONTH AND DID NOTHING. THEY LIED TO ME, STRESSED ME, AND SCAMMED ME. REFUSED TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE, EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED SUCH STEPS SEVERAL TIMES.04-19-23; specifically explained that I will not renew my services for another year due to bad service and website hosting issues and will cancel on the last day; 05-11-23. I was told to complete all cancelation steps on my own and I deleted all my payment information saved on hostgator.com.04-25-23; hostgator.com already tried once to charge me $35.00 even though on April 19th. 2023 I specifically explained to their customer service rep. that I will not renew and will cancel on the last day.05-11-23; hostgator.com tried to charge my card yet again for $35.00.I received another email stating that hostgator was not able to charge my card. So, my understanding was that there were no actual charges.05-15-23 fraud charge for $231.07 from hostgator.com 06-23-23; After receiving and opening my Parkway Bank statement I noticed an unauthorized charge dated May 15th. 2023 for $231.01 from hostgator.com.06-26-23 I contact and visited Parkway Bank's local branch and spoke with ***** and ***** regarding these issues. I signed documents and per request, I am including this email as my testimony to what happened and that I did not authorize those charges from hostgator.com for $231.01 07-21-23 I have no access to my account, my money for the amount of $231.07 is still stolen and missing. parkway bank branch at six corners is lying and refusing to take any action.PLEASE REFUND $231.07 BEFORE 06-24-23 OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION VS PARKWAY BANK.Business response

With reference to the subject above, the file shows a business debit card was used for a subscription the business customer, *********************** dba XL Vision, subscribed to and chose not to renew. The claim was filed on 06/26/2023, was investigated and the customer received a final credit for $231.07 on 07/24/2023. A letter informing the customer of the determination was sent 07/24/2023.
