After a hail storm in Feb we had a damaged room. We contacted HRG Construction Services after being advised by our insurer that they are a quality company. *********************** came to our home and walked the roof along with the disaster rep from Travelers. **** followed all of the rules and regulations as he provided a bid for the work. He had current knowledge about the permits, meeting codes that had been updated and the two inspections that the village required during the process. When the work team arrived they provided protection for all of the windows, doors, generator and air conditioner as well as plants and bushes. Even when caught on the roof during a sudden storm with sleet, they ensured that the entire roof was properly covered and protected before fleeing the sleet. As soon as the storm passed they were up on the roof working again. The were clean and neat in handling of items to be carted away. When totally done on the roof, they used the proper equipment to ensure that no nails or other items were left in the drive way, on the side walks, nor in the bushes. A few days later a different crew came to the house to replace a downspout and all of the gutter guards. Again they worked quickly and efficiently. When we were submitting the final paper work after the work was done, **** went out of his way to explain things to us and then to notify our insurer of work that had to be done due to changes in updated village building codes. We would definitely recommend HGR Construction Services.

When it comes to choosing a roofing company, there are many choices available. What differentiates them are those that treat a customer with respect beyond just the first visit, and continuing to express a sincere interest in their outcome. From the get-go, working with ****, my elderly mother and I were put at ease knowing our concerns and interests were also very much those of his own. Working through our ongoing process today trying to resolve a claim, I can tell **** is someone who treats his reputation as being paramount to building a business. HGR did a fine job roofing and siding our house after hail damage. ****, the owner, documented the damage very well and worked with the claims adjuster to make sure everything was accounted for. Implementation went smoothly and the results are fantastic. We also hired HGR to install new windows and remodel our family room. Overall, we are very happy with their work and attention to detail. The crew that worked on both the exterior and interior were very friendly and professional.

****'s company did a beautiful job removing and replacing the old stucco and cedar boards on the front of my home. Work was done in a timely manner and I have received many compliments from the neighbors on the work. I even had one neighbor stop and take a photo of ****'s sign: I assume he was impressed and wanted HGR as a possible future choice for his repair.
