***** and his team were the worst to deal with. They provided me with defective cabinets and they refused to take them back and they refused to refund me my large sum of deposit. The cabinets were clearly defective, and asked them don't they inspect the cabinets before they deliver them to the customer. They said that they do not do that. I asked them to replace those defective cabinets. However, they told me to install them first which did not make any sense, and it clearly seemed that they were playing games, and they were trying to get me stuck those cabinets. Save on Kitchens should have checked the cabinets before they delivered them to me. And let me know that it is going to take a little longer to deliver the cabinets because of issues with the workmanship such as sticking out nails, uneven wood boards, and lots of gaps. After all what they put me through, they sent multiple emails demanding the rest of the balance on uninstalled and defective cabinets. They also threaten me with a mechanical lien, and taking me to court Here is the content of the text that they sent me demanding payment without replacing the cabinets:Good Afternoon,*********** why are you not giving WF the chance to replace the items that you are concerned about. I assure you no matter where you go there will be issues with cabinets. These issues are not something that cant be dealt with. WF is offering to make things right and you are pushing to take them back. You need to understand that this is not a couch that was bought from a store and can just be returned, these are made to order cabinets and therefore they are made to fit into your kitchen. You at this time are past your deadline to pay Save on Kitchens. I have started the process with our attorney to make final attempt to collect $7841 from you. You have till Thurs 12/22/22 to bring a check to Save on Kitchens. If that is not the case please advise and we can move forward with our final option to collect from you.****

I wanted the opportunity to respond to ***************** complaint against Save on Kitchens, Inc.

***************** contracted ** to sell him cabinets only on 8/4/22.  ***** came out and sat for approx. 2 hours with both Mr ***** Mrs and had them hold, feel and ask questions about the cabinets that we had offered (******* Forest).   ***************** gave us a deposit for half the contract price and the other half to be paid on delivery.  We had our warehouse deliver the cabinets to his home on 11/3 and they picked up the final payment.  I recvd the check and in the meantime he cancelled the check.  He then began calling and texting me saying that the cabinets are garbage and he wants us to pick them up.  We then reached out to ******** Forest and a representative had advised that they would like to go to the home to inspect exactly what the issue with the cabinets is.  ***************** did not want us to come to his home after a couple weeks of both Save on Kitchens and ******************** rep reaching out to him he agreed to allow us in.  On 12/16 both the rep and Save on Kitchens went into ***************** garage where the cabinets were sitting in the freezing garage next to very large puddles of water on the floor we looked over the cabinets that were already open.  The rep from ******** stated that the flaws on the cabinets were cosmetic and that anything that needed to be re-ordered (some doors, possibly a box) would be under warranty and had asked that ***************** move forward with installing the cabinets.  ***************** contracted us to order semi custom cabinets that I can not just take back from him, we have already reassured him both through Save on Kitchens and ******** Forest that we stand by our product and we will honor our promise to work with him and replace anything that is deemed flawed yet ***************** does not want to work with us.  What else can we do?  There are approx. 16 cabinets and a lot of trim pieces as well as moldings.  ***************** flat out does not want to work with us and is now filing a complaint which we do not understand, if we are trying to replace itmen that are of concern for him then why is he so reluctant to use the cabinets, is there another reason?  We have responded to his complaint from the first second he received the delivery on 11/3 therefore there is no reason he should be filing a complaint unless of course that was not the case.  I have numerous texts and emails between our company, ******************** Forest rep and the customer proving that we have done everything we can besides give him back his money for the cabinets that he has.  He even states in his own complaint that we have been emailing and working with him.  I am still waiting for my payment from him and we are still willing to work with him on replacing what he wants us to as of 12/15/2023.

      Sincerely

      *****

      Complaint: 18647690

I am rejecting this response because: The cabinets that were sent to my home are not the cabinets that the sales representative ***** presented to me. Also the cabinets are not custom made, they are standard built and should be refunded. The representative for the cabinet company ******* stated to me that they build thousands of cabinets and there will be imperfections.
I do not feel that working with ***** and the team to resolve any cabinet quality issues will end in satisfactory resolution.  *********** after the initial promise and sale has been horrible, there has been a lack of communication and of any type of offer to resolve the issues with the cabinets thus far other then them painting over the poor quality cabinets they delivered. I feel the only resolution that will end ** in a satisfactory outcome will be a refund so I can go get actual custom cabinets not poor quality standard cabinets at customer pricing that I have received

      Sincerely,

      *************************

Subject: Re: Pending complaint and getting 50 5-star customer reviews

      Hello ******,
***************** does not want an amicable resolution, he does not want to work with us or ******** Forest to resolve this issue from what we understand is he does not like the cabinets that HE chose.  However ***************** signed a contract with us which states that we can not refund his money back just because he doesn't like what HE chose. As I mentioned in the past this is not just a chair that you can bring back to a store these are made to order cabinets that I am unable to return to ********.  This is completely a false accusation and it is very unfair and unfortunate that this customer thinks he had the right to file a complaint against us even though we have been working diligently to try and make ***************** happy.  We do not know what else we can do to resolve this we have done everything we can to assure ***************** that we want to work with him, however he's refusing anything from us unless it is a refund.

      Sincerely
      Save on Kitchens
