We purchased a 2016 ************ from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet in *********************, **. We decided to drive on Friday evening to **********, ** from our home town of ********, ***** was in such wonderful condition. So well cared for and all detailed to almost new. We obviously decided to purchase the Jeep, we had such a wonderful time with the ************ Manager, *********************, he was hilarious. Made us feel right at home!! After getting the Jeep home the next morning we had an issue with the Jeep stalling when put into gear. After doing some research my husband found that there is a well known issue with the Torque Converters with the Jeep Wranglers. We contacted Jerry Haggerty right away on Monday morning when they opened. After speaking with the ********** they spoke with the ************ and we started working on a plan to resolve the issue. We took the Jeep to the local Jeep Dealership,they spoke with the ************ at Haggerty and came up with a plan to flush the transmission, and do a chip reset. This costed around $480.00. Jerry Haggerty paid for the service to be done. Unfortunately this did not correct the issue and we still had the same issue the Torque converter. The best estimate we got was $1800.00. We contacted Jerry Haggerty again and they were so kind, and are going to help us cover almost all of the cost and sent us a check for $1200.00. I really really want to emphasize the fact that Jerry Haggerty did this and he absolutely DID NOT HAVE TO!! We did not purchase the extended warranty, they did this because they are a family owned dealer ship and actually care for they're customers!! We are so pleased and humbled that Jerry did this for our family! My husband had been on strike for almost 6 months and this was a tough time for us. Do not hesitate highly recommend this Dealership!Review from Shane P.

Our experience at Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet was superb! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful with the entire process of purchasing our new Silverado Trail Boss. Really felt the salesperson was looking out for our best interest. Couldn't ask for anything better! We are Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet customers for life!
