The Frontline Adjuster came to our home on 3/23/23 to discuss hail and wind damage and how they could help us get the damage fixed through our insurance company. After a few days, we got a call to discuss the damage with them. My concerns I told him about and was assured they would get addressed. Well, the things I thought were getting approved were my home's gutters, awnings, and mold issues. Things we were told weren't getting done so we decided to hold off on everything. Being I had a back procedure and on meds and my wife wasn't happy with how things were going I called the adjuster to let them know my concerns. He began to tell me another adjuster was handling our case now this adjuster proceeded to tell us not everything was approved and the things approved wouldn't solve the main issues of dampness and mold in our basement which was completely missed even though I mentioned it. My belief is the eagerness to secure the work things were missed. I wasn't comfortable moving forward I kept telling the adjuster that my awnings needed to be put back up my entire gutters needed attention to wrap the house these issues not addressed would defeat our purpose. My wife had a gutter company come out and we discussed the concerns. The contractor from the gutter company walked around our house and pointed out the problems without coming into our house. I went into the places pointed out and as he said ******** and mold were present gave us an estimate. We got them done cost 5,000$ because we had a newborn coming we had the issue addressed and our health as well I'm diabetic. I informed Frontline Adjusters of what we had done since we were told they weren't replacing the gutters. Things began to go downhill we felt pressured and overwhelmed decisions made weren't in our best interest. We felt the rush to start on our garage was to secure the funds after they came out to do it I still had reservations material showed up a few weeks later. After starting the garage a problem arose instead of the contractor hired by Frontline contacting them he showed me the issue which I had already let Frontline know were the eves met the soffit was damaged and you good see daylight through it. Being I had wood at my house for projects I was doing the contractor asked me could use it to fix the problem and that he would notify Frontline of this that didn't happen I was told by Frontline I was lying that really upset me then boards removed from my roof didn't need removing as we had just had it looked at and me also being a roofer felt 2 boards not five needed to be replaced the contractor had sent for 5 boards and tore off perfectly good boards I was not happy being ignored or not being understood most were Hispanic just clarifying nothing against ethnicity don't know if I was not understood. when finished they cleaned up and left I looked around and inspected the roof and the right side of the area they used my material on it still had daylight coming through some items in my garage was missing it wasn't a lot of money but I still to this day haven't found it never want to accuse anyone without proof I just dropped it after I was repeatedly that they wouldn't do that by someone who wasn't present. I told Frontline I didn't want them back they denied using my materials or touching my equipment that I can't prove was taken by them, After going back and forth for months and stopping the work we were told that since I wouldn't allow them back and canceled the siding order they wanted all the money State Farm gave us. I refused and told them the job isn't complete my garage still has issues and I don't trust the people you sent to come back on the property. We talked back and forth for months the people who came wouldn't talk to me I was directed to the front office to talk with a team member who never came to my house and didn't know the full story of what I and my wife endured the back and forth just became too much. I drove up to ********** ** to personally speak to them. I was verbally talked down to and threatened to be removed this lady insisted that I wasn't telling the truth about my material being used or things missing from my garage I was upset I left and calmed down my wife became ill so out of concern for my wife who has a condition that makes her shake and have anxiety. I relented to the demand to give them the money *****. I called them to let them know if I paid this can I still get our siding I was told they get back but probably not since I paid this so-called cancellation fee. Now because of this claim our insurance dropped us and it has been a challenge to get insured we need the money to finish our house we have been ruined financially because of this affected emotionally all we wanted was our house done right now we are suffering because of this decision. thank you, ******* & *************************

I signed a contract with Frontline to be my public adjuster to assist with filing a claim with my insurance company for storm damage to my roof. The representative from the company said on 3 separate occasions that my claim would absolutely be approved. It was not. They told me they would appeal and I have heard nothing. Frontline has communicated with me minimally throughout this process. They do not answer phone calls, e-mails or texts. They are currently holding what **************** money I received for repairs to my house (of which a minimal amount was for roof damage repairs) and are refusing to give me the check.

A new roof was installed in mid July 2023 and has been leaking since. As of 9/24/2023, the basement room near the center of the house is saturated in water from the rain that occurred earlier in the week. A gentleman, who represents Frontline Adjusters, came down two weeks ago to put a small amount of caulking on the roof and stated that if the leak continues, call him for further repair. We have been calling and leaving messages to him and the company several times throughout last week and this week to no avail. However, I did manage to speak to Ms. ***** (Frontline Adjusters) on Saturday, Sept 23, who stated that she would have someone call me today for an appointment time for Monday the 25 Sept only because she stated that she saw that I was calling so often that she decided to pick up the phone. Her words, how nice of her. No call to me was made today for an appointment. My wall siding and carpet have been damaged due to the improper installation of roof material. I have notified my home insurance, ****************** on the situation as I still wait for repairs from Frontline Adjusters.

We have come out a few times to ******************** residence, and we are of the opinion that the leak is NOT roofing related. The water is pooling in his basement while the attic including rafters, decking, and insulation are bone dry. This almost always indicates a problem outside of the roof in our experience.

That said, we are willing to continue investigating the problem with ******************** permission. We have an appointment scheduled today to do a "water test". We will pour water over his roofing structure over the course of an hour or more to see if there are any leaks near penetrations. Obviously, if the problem is roofing related it will be fixed under his workmanship warranty. We will keep this situation updated.

This is about a roof put on my house! The roof was installed! Theyre minor details that need to be finished up! I have in my possession 3 checks from ******************** to finalize payment for the roof! They were supposed to meet me for an appointment scheduled by them! I am a truck driver and cut my week short to be at this appointment! No one showed up or called to cancel! They will not return my calls! I sent a text to the sales rep with no response! I let him know I was going to file a complaint and still no response by text! I am just filing this to get my roof finished so I can hand them the insurance checks from State Farm!

We signed a contract with Frontline Adjusters in December of 2020 to inspect for storm damage but were turned down by our insurance company twice. Once with a frontline adjusters rep. *** after repeated emails, texts and phone calls they wont give us a written release from the contract. They want 20% if we have someone else do the work.

********************* from Frontline Adjusters arrived at our front door on 6/8/2022 and said we had hail damage and needed a new roof. He went over what his company could do and had me sign a contract. I did not fully read and now I am locked into paying his company 20% on top of getting a new roof. The company is lying about their services and had me sign a contract that basically he said I would not be held accountable and now I am.

To Whom it May ******************************* Adjuster Fee of 20% is waived when our sister company ************************ does the repairs per insurance scope. This was explained at the time of the contract. To say we are lying because of a contract you signed, that was explained to you, is just not a fair characterization of our business practices.

With that being said, we have already agreed to waive our fee in your circumstance earlier today on 7/25.

Your desired solution has already been granted. This is resolved.
