      I hired *****************************, owner of Silver Foxes Travel, to organize a family vacation to ***** in May of 2022. I have experience with travel, have even been to ***** in the past, but decided to hire ******* because my life was extremely busy leading up to the trip and she promised seamless, worry free, travel that would include all of our specific interests and requests. Unfortunately, that was not at all my experience working with this agency. ******* can be very nice and is great at talking but her follow through, carry over, and attention to detail resulted in a lot of wasted time, worry and issues leading up to the trip as well as while in *****.With that aside, my main reason for writing this complaint is that ******* has yet to pay me back funds that she owes me for excursions she charged me for that we did not take. She owes me over $1000. Since we returned from our trip in May she has been giving me the run around and ignoring my pleas to please settle this so we can move on. Despite this she has continued to not pay me back.She has done this to at least one other family that I know of. They are still awaiting their refund from travel that was also completed in May.I liked ******* and admired that she made a career change to start her own business. I am disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of integrity that she has displayed and feel that it is necessary to share this so that she does not do this to others.If you have ever traveled before then you will quickly learn that ******* over charges for services that you can get for much less if you book on your own and she doesnt really offer anything unique with her site seeing, activities, restaurant bookings, etc. If you have never ever traveled before and you go with this company, you may be impressed by her smooth talking but please know that she is over charging you and unfortunately under delivering.

      This was my final response to this client, via phone, she asked me for an additional $60 on top of the $288.

      This trip was booked via a PERSONALIZED European ****** that there would be fluidity for the clients family.  There were two booking Invoices, both are attached.  The initial Invoice shows the credit for the missed excursions that were booked either directly with Viator or with the vendor with NO upcharge.

      We pride ourselves in speaking with clients so they understand exactly what they will experience on the trips.  We don't smooth talk, we straight talk.  Our integrity has never been questioned before.

      We still have not gotten a refund from Viator for the bike trip because they showed you as a NO SHOW, we however did refund you that amount, despite their claim because you called us when you arrived, and the tour company did not have bikes to accommodate your children size.

      Prag, it honestly feels like you want this to be worse than what it should be.  So that there is NO CONFUSION, my company has issued you a company check for $281 and it was sent in the mail with our payroll on Wednesday.  You will do as you wish with the BBB.  We had a great time planning and preparing for your trip, staying fluid & adding things for additional family members that we normally would not do at NO extra charge, we spent countless hours doing what we love with a family we thought was good to work with.
