            Service Requested: Car transport.Quality: Exhausting and terrible experience.Value: Not worth any second of the day for the unnecessary, time consuming, excruciatingly waste of energy.THEE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.According to their contract, a FULL refund is due since the order was cancelled prior to a Carrier accepting it. They failed at finding someone who would pick up my car at the amount that was invoiced.Googa representative is withholding a cancellation fee that does not apply to this circumstance. This is apparent in the contract which states in section 9. Cancellation and Refund Policy, paragraph 9a, that there will NOT be any extra cost or cancellation fee if the order is cancelled by the customer PRIOR to a CARRIER accepting the Order.I was informed that there were two Carriers who required more money, and those terms were not an option nor accepted. It is also stated in the contract that a customer can refuse the higher price without a fee, yet Googa will not refund the entire invoiced amount. All I want as a resolution is the remaining amount due to be refunded which is 195$.

            Despite a previous complaint from another customer I noticed it was the only ONE in the 3 year history of this company so I thought that was pretty darn good and decided to give them a chance. I mentioned the complaint to them and they said they tried to respond but BBB doesn't allow a response to defend themselves without accreditation - which I feel is unfair on BBB's part since they willfully allow complaints about businesses for free. Anyhow, I was told that Googa refunded that customer their fees and the issue is resolved and asked her (the customer) to remove the complaint but either refused or wasn't able to do so on her own. Anyway, I used their service for a shipment of a vehicle to be shipped from ******** to ***** for only $550 which was suspiciously cheap but because of only having one bad review in 3 years I thought it was low-risk ****** - and boy - I'm sure glad I did because I received my vehicle in only 2 days WITHOUT ANY PRICE CHANGES and no damage to my vehicle whatsoever! No "bait and switch" pricing as I've seen with other reviews from other transport services so this company has my complete endorsement! Go with these guys - you won't regret it!
