On Dec. 05, 2023 *************** with my company, ****************** **** placed an order for two voltage regulators from 110220volts.com. Order# ***** in the amount of $332.16. This order was filled but the devices are useless as there was an extremely poor attempt at assembling and wiring the units. The bolt pattern does not align which prevents the transformer from being secured properly, the bolts couldn't even be tightened. There were several points of bad or incomplete wiring. They are a safety hazard and for over the past month I have been trying to contact this company to address the issue. I have followed their warranty process and have called and emailed them on multiple occasions. All extensions for sales, customer service, etc. go to a voicemail box and the calls are not returned. The same for emails, I have emailed their customer service several times to follow up and still have not received any correspondence from the company. I am of course looking to return the unusable products and get a refund for what I have paid to them.Initial Complaint

On the 6th of April 2022 I have placed my order online and I have successfully completed the payment for the order and the order went through successfully but the seller did not have the correct order online on their website but the item I have order it says on the website that is in stock for sell and when I call them after I have contacted them they are not serious about the problem and my money that I paid them already and I have contacted them more than 3 times but receive no response at all and they are refusing to send me the order and or my refund even though and when I call the seller the seller mentioned that the item is out of stock and he offered me the different ones that I dont want them and yet I have received no response yet and still keep waiting for them now and the seller also was so mean and not nice to me and I was not able to get my money or my order and also the seller was supposed to refund my money back or sending me my order but the seller hung up the phone on me after all and before he do that he said he is not working today and today I am really totally disappointed with them and still cannot get my money back from the seller and still waiting and waiting for my refund or my order and there is no body to pay attention to this order and care so I want my order or my money as soon as possible please send me the tracking information for my order or send me my refund order # ********* for ******* free region Blu-ray player
