  Quoted for more than 100 light boxes and suitcases for 2 units = $700.00. I was charged more than $700.00 and extra boxes. The three immature men were dragging and took their sweet time in completing the task. One worker looked stoned and feared that he would break my collectibles. One guy was observing, standing around and not helping the other two. They all had attitudes and did not take the move from two units of a *************** to another ***************. It took longer than expected. I have pictures of the items they moved into my new Storage location. I was overcharged for over one hundred boxes. Finally, these young workers gave up on the second unit. The second unit was not moved by Two Men and a Truck. I had my Fianc and friends move my second unit before the deadline. With me being Disabled and on a fixed income, I was taken advantage by the workers and Two Men and a Truck in ****************, **. CEO refuses to take care of this matter. Also, I did not receive the Credit Card Receipt. With the workers taking longer than expected and very unprofessional, I will settle for at least $250.00 for the move. Please reimburse the rest by crediting my Credit Card Account.

  Two Men And A Truck completed this service on 2/20/24. We have reached out to and spoken with the customer on 2/20/24 after the service was completed. The service was completed within the estimated time given. There was a moment that we could not provide service due to the customer not having access to the public storage unit. We advised the customer that we needed to bill from the time we leave the dispatch location until the time we arrive. Two Men And A Truck understands that the customer is unhappy with the service however the service was completed.

  These pictures will show less than ******************* 1 unit. It was not worth $900. I am charged for 2 units whereas is should be 1 unit. The workers were unprofessional and immature.   Again I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the overall service. Two Men And A Truck estimated this service to be completed between 2.5 hours - 4.5 hours and we completed this service in 3.75 hours. We made you aware that the overall cost would be between $605 - $1,089 and the final cost came to $957.50. At this point I see that we billed you for the correct amount of time and services were completed.

  You charged me for 2 units and it should have been 1 unit. The pictures from last time will show you. Look, I am disgusted with your service of immature, irresponsible workers that did not complete the job in good timing. The one worker were standing around and observing whereas he should have helped with the other two workers. With 3 workers, it should have been done in 2 1/2 hours. There were less than 100 light boxes, but one bag that was heavy. This is certainly not almost $1,000 moving job. You took advantage of a Disabled Woman on a fixed income. 

  Stop giving me the runaround. Do what is right for your workers not complied with the work order. With less than 100 light boxes and three workers, this job should be between $250 and $300. I got taken for additional $600. I got charged for 2 units whereas the workers only moved 1 unit. My friends and ****** moved the other unit. Two Men and a Truck is a thief and corrupted business.

  I hired two men and a truck to move my stuff in a storage unit. When I started unloading the storage unit I noticed my furniture was damaged.
