A couple of representatives from Advocate came to our door and informed us that we might have damage to our roof from a recent storm and that they could do a free inspection. I was initially wary but told them to go ahead. They said we did have damage and that they thought insurance would cover a new roof for us. They convinced me to submit a claim on the spot and stated that it was a win-win for me, although I later learned that the claim stays on your record across insurance companies. I was reassured about this by a manager after calling to complain about the push to do things so quickly. As I couldn't withdraw the claim I decided to proceed and have Advocate come out and meet with the adjuster. They spoke directly with the adjuster; however some wires got crossed somewhere because the time that the adjuster told me he was coming and the time he actually came did not match up with when Advocate planned to meet him. He was a very nice adjuster and tried to be flexible and have someone meet him from Advocate an hour after the original appointment time, but they still never showed. Adjuster told me there was no hail damage, just some minor damage from a tree branch which insurance couldn't cover. Said the roof would last another 8-10 years minimum. This all fits with our assessment and the fact that it's a relatively new roof. I've tried to stick to just the facts here, draw your own conclusions. The severity of the recent storms created a real urgency to assess homes quicklyensuring your property was safe was our top priority.We are disappointed we didnt get the opportunity to advocate on the customer's behalf during the inspection. We understand the importance of being present at adjuster meetings, as its a critical part of the process. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to show the customer our true value that day.Were pleased to hear that the roof was ultimately assessed to be in good condition. We also appreciate the customers kind remarks about our teams demeanor and remain available should they need support or have questions in the future.

They stopped by and they offer me replacing my roof after they showed me a pictures of the damage that happened from the storm. **** did the great job and he delivered all his promises. My sales man was Andrew Stafford. Andrew was great! The initial meeting was very low pressure to work with Advocate and answered all my questions and concerns. The process is very simple and He handled all the insurance pitfalls and getting me approved. The roofing process was simple and they got the job done in one day and I didn’t have a small job. It was a bigger job. Everything went well and would recommend Andrew and Advocate to anyone of my friends or family.Advocate Construction, Inc.

My roof was in pretty rough shape and finally needed replacement after many years of storms. What could have been a very daunting process was made effortless on my part by *****. He was not pushy with any aggressive sales tactics and walked me through the entire process and explained everything in great detail, answering every question that I threw at him. The work was done within a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the overall experience with ***** and Advocate.Advocate Construction, Inc.

****** is a great agent and is responsive. He tried very hard for us to and worked with our insurance to get our roof replaced. Even though our insurance didn't yet approve our request, ****** followed up with them each day and will continue to work with our insurance until our request is approved. After all the crazy weather with high winds and hail storms, my roof took some damage. ***** ******* from Advocate came by and did an amazing job explaining everything for the process of getting the repairs done. He told me how Advocate would work with my insurance and be there to speak to the adjuster. He gave me all the information I needed and gave me his direct contact number in case I had questions. He spoke to my insurance, met with the adjuster, got the the approvals, and got my roof replaced. ***** and Advocate did a great job.Advocate Construction, Inc.
