      I ordered a package through oh *****, the shipping I picked was 4-6 business days with ***** I ordered on July 9th and it is now July 24th and the package has not been delivered. It has been in possession of OSM Worldwide since July 16th. There have been no updates other than the package was in transit to **** since July 17th. Clearly **** hasn't received it because they typically scan them in a timely manner. I am moving out of the country in 4 days and I needed this package to arrive before I left, which is why I ordered it at the beginning of the month. It would also be fine if it arrived by August 5th, as someone would be able to bring it to me. OSM customer service hasn't been helpful, they said to allow **** 2-5 business days to update the package, however it has been about 6 business days now and there has been no update. This is unacceptable and they do this to everyone. They have horrible ****** reviews. The dresses were about $160 and the shipping was $17

      OSM was used by a company I ordered from. They had my package up until arriving within 100 miles of my home, and scanned it into their system as arriving. It was shipped May 29th. June 3rd, package arrived at partner facility and **** was awaiting item. their own website tracking states On Its Way to ***** I emailed OSM June 15th. A customer service person named ************************* stated that the packed was given to ***** I asked how he knew that, since tracking did not reflect that. He suggested reaching out to the company I purchased the item from for assistance. I contacted the company, and they were unable to help as it was a limited item and there were no more in stock. I reached out to **** for assistance but they were unable to help as the package was never scanned past arriving at partner facility. I reached out to Dolce again with this information, and asked if he could place a missing package report so someone could try to find it (like **** does). He told me to report back 30 days after the last scan. I email 30 days after the original scan, and ***** is rude and dismissive, letting me know theres nothing to be done. I ask to speak to someone higher up because I refuse to believe that no one can look around the partner facility for it. Heck, Ill do it. Anyway, ***** ignored my email completely and as of today have not heard from him (it has been a week).

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It seems that you know which third party shipper you worked with with this package - or at the very least, have a couple good ideas. The next step would be to reach out to them to see if they can investigate their facility for lost package. 

       

      As I have written to them multiple times, the seller cannot replace (limited item), and cannot offer refund. All I want is for someone to earnestly look for item. Perhaps an employee is stealing packages? How would yall know if youre refusing to investigate?

      Since you claim to be working with other third party shippers, what is their information? What company last had my package, and I can take this issue up with them. This response is so laughably unacceptable, I can't wait to file with the California ************************** and the **** for mail fraud.

      This time and the last time I had stuff delivered though this company I end up either not receiving or it sits for days. For example my first order through this company never made it to the ***** My second delivery that I'm still waiting in was shipped on the 22nd and today is the 27th.... It sat in ************* ***** for almost 48 hours before moving again. This is on a weekday where you should have only needed 12 hours transport time from ** to **. The company doesn't do so well with delivery speed.. If they don't lose the package first.

      Why is my package stuck in *******? It contains food that has been melting in 90-degree weather for a week. The package is still in your network, that's why **** hasn't scanned it, so please don't tell me otherwise. I'm concerned because I'm leaving by the 27th, and you haven't moved it. I should have received my package by now. It's food, and it's going to become a mess in this weather. Seriously, if it's in *******, I'll just drive over and pick it up myself.

      How can BBB possibly give this awful freight company an A+ rating? Try using them a few times and see whether their service matches their advertised claim that they "deliver 98% of pkgs within 2 to 5 days." That is a lie. Why in the world don't you pay heed to consumer complaints? They are legion on websites like Trustpilot and Sitejabber for good reason! What DO you use to assign your ratings, tarot cards? If BBB doesn't investigate this company and update this rating more realistically, you have lost my confidence for good.

      I am rejecting this response because: OSM advertises that over 90% of packages shipped through them arrive within 2-3 days. If that's true (it is NOT), then they should provide documentation of that figure. I am not complaining about a single package. I am complaining about their entire business model, which is apparently to collect pkgs in bulk at their ******** headquarters and only forward them to **** once they have what they consider to be "enough." BBB ought to run a test on them. Order five cheap books from, say, ThriftBooks or BetterWorld Books, who both use OSM, and see how many of those five pkgs arrive within the timeframe OSM claims after the vendor has consigned it.

      I had recently placed an order on Tik Tok for Kiala Greens. The tracking number was ********************** The address that they were supposed to deliver to was ***********************************************. That was not where it said it was delivered and I should not have to go to someone else's home to get my stuff. The address on ****** maps is 16412-16422 Snaffel Bit Ct. Nowhere near my home. The tracking information stated that my order was delivered on May 6th. I never received my order. I have proof thanks to the shop app that this company did not deliver nowhere near my house. And I would like my product. It is not fair to the merchants on Tik Tok that these shipping companies can just drop off the products that customers are paying for and not giving them their merchandise.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      That is not an excuse. Being that you are a third party company does not remove you from liability, being the fact that someone from your company screwed up and delivered my item to the wrong address. If your company cannot handle delivery of handling people's items you should shut down. Because clearly logistics is not your strong suit. Your response is a slap in the face because I gave you the location of where it was dropped off and instead of correcting the the problem, you told me to contact the company who sold the product who is going to take a loss because of your company's incompetence. I have already taken care of the issue. But I hope to God that one of these days you get shut down because you don't care. And your company will reap what it has shown. That I can guarantee. Other companies including the USPS are depending on your company to hire employees who are capable of doing their job. But clearly you cannot handle that. Because there is a possibility that your company may be used in the delivery process of my stuff I have stopped ordering from the company I purchased it from all together which cost me money, but you do not care. Which is why there is no customer service line to speak with anyone, or anything online either. You don't care. But you will.

      On Monday March 25 a vendor turned over a packge to OSM Worldwide to put in the **** system. I have a tracking number. I used it on both the **** and OSM systems. They agree that as of March 28 the package has not been turned over to ****. I want that package put into the **** system. I have had problems with ***** where a two-day package was lost in their system for two weeks. I don't want the same thing happening here. I will inform the vendor that OSM is not operating timely. In the meantime I want OSM to do what they contracted to do.

      I ordered items from Hydrojug 3/9/24. The Item was shipped 3/13 and has been sitting somewhere since then. **** has not received the item, but said OSM Worldlwide has it. It is now 3/25/24 and the item has not been scanned since 3/18. Please release my item to be delivered. OSM is not delivering the way they advertise on their website.

I filed a missing mail claim with them and ***** Still no package and no updates. This happened again this month 3/1/24. They received the package in the *************** ** facility, but no updates. The tracking number is **********************. Where are the packages going once they reach ***************?????
