      No Dec 30, I visited Admass for Covid testing. PCR results were expected in 72 hours. These results have still not been received, and there has been no response to my phone calls or emails

      Dear Better Business Bureau , 

       

      This is **************************** Owner at Admass Testing, this is in reference to Complaint # ********. Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. *******************, and his family did a Covid 19  test at our testing facility on December 30 2021. There was a surge in cases in testing Dec 26- Dec 31 and many clients had delays in their testing results . Normally the tests are returned in the ***** hour window but the surge in cases, surge in testing & testing technicians getting sick themselves all added to these delays.  Regardless of the delays , we made it a priority to have Every client  who reached out to us , be informed about the delays, we offered them to come back to take a free rapid , or do an urgent test with another lab , paid by us. But many clients understood that we are dependent on the labs as well to deliver the results and many waited , got retested , or took a rapid , as long as we explained and communicated. 

       

      Our testing facility is located 2 blocks from our home, this is our neighborhood and our neighbors. We take that responsibility very seriously. January 09 , ********* Reached out to me via phone and requested his test results, I requested the lab to send it January 09 itself and they had told me they did. Today jan 21 , I received a letter from the BBB that ********* has not yet received results, which prompted me to see what communication was missed on our end . I found *********************** email from January 10 2022 in my spam, which is why there was a disconnect.

       

       Nevertheless, I have contacted the lab - O'hare labs once again today , and they have assured me that results for him and his family were sent once again. I also sent over an email to *********, explaining myself on this matter. We take communication very seriously , and will make sure to check our spam mail regularly to not miss any clients communication this way.
