      They customer service is terrible, I called nobody answer the phone, I left messages nobody called, I emailed nobody reply. I bought an easy denture for $199 and it does not fit at all, tried to return it, I sent back with a letter explain why, they sent it back to me said this item can not be returned. Terrible customer service and product.

      This is a horrible company. The workmanship was so bad that in two of the replacement teeth sections they added an extra tooth. Because I took it to a professional lab out of concern they voided the warranty. The fit was so bad the lab told me it could not be adjusted and would have to be redone which at that point I had 0 faith left for getting a decent product. I should have done more research. I am out nearly $500 with nothing to show for.

      We require if there is an issue with one of our products to contact our customer service ************************. We are more than happy to assist our customers with any issues or concerns they might have with their order. The customer's warranty in this situation was voided because the product was taken to a third party to be worked on.

      I purchased a flexible partial from dental lab direct I never got to wear the partial because it didn't fit I had to send it back 3 times and it still don't fit they ask me if I would like a refund I said yes they are only refunding me $224.50 and I paid them $449.00 that partial refund is not acceptable I want the rest of my money I shouldn't have to pay them $229.50 for something I can't wear. Please help

      Last year 2021 I purchased a denture kit and $389.00. I did not open the kit until this year 2022. I followed the instructions to the best of my ability but was unsuccessful to properly do the procedures for the kit. I contacted the company by email, and I told them my situation and that I'd rather just get a refund because I didn't feel confident to attempt a repeat. After they verified my information, they advised me of my when I made my purchase and informed me that I'd be getting my refund back to my original credit card payment, less $49 for the kit. It was after the receipt of their refund attempt that I realized I no longer had that same card because I had to have the card replaced and the new card had a different number. I told them that I'd take it in a check or they can put it to my new card. They changed their mind and told me that they can only issue it to the original card. I ended up repeatedly telling them via email I didn't have the card and then they said they now can only give me store credit. I again told them that I will not be using their service and I wanted my refund. We've been bantering back and forth via email and now they are saying that it is my fault because I no longer have the same card. I also explained that I lost my husband to covid and being on one income, I really need my money back. I even offered to send them a death certificate. I've told them that this has cause much undo stress, I'm on medication for my heart and that I feel they have stolen from me. I just want my money back.
