I paid, Hogan Investigation Services ***** in advance to serve process upon (1) ******************************** "****" ******************************************** N.A. and (2) ******************************* pursuant to a negotiated agreement. Ms. **** Hogan on 03/29/23 @ **** hrs CDT claimed by email to have perfected that service of process & further claimed to be mailing me proof of same in the prepaid Priority U. S. Mail envelope I supplied when I sent her the other documents necessary to her assignment. Ms. **** Hogan emailed me (3/29/23) asserting she, or one of her employees, had performed as required. That she would be issuing that proof of that perfected service on both defendants by way of the two affidavit's and she would mail those shortly after that email was sent. I waited a couple of days had not received the promised *********'s & filed a chargeback/dispute with ***** *********** Ms. **** Hogan immediately thereafter phoned me, texted me & emailed me asserting again she had performed her accepted tasks. She further asserted my actions of a chargeback & dispute were unwarranted for any number of reasons & because she was dealing with Medical Conditions of her Father out of State my actions were, she contended, intended to injure her. They were not, they were intended to protect **** and me! They, my dispute & chargeback, were not as she had interposed an attempt to "do her wrong". As evidence she had not then nor now has she fulfilled her obligations to the agreement. As of this 12th day of April she still retains the $200.00 paid to her by way of ************ has been no Affidavit(s) received attesting to the perfected service of process for which she was paid. Which I contend & argue she has no lawful right to, that the retention of those funds is the equivalent of Simple Theft by Fraud. But because I previously had a satisfactory experience with Hogan ****************** in a State ****************** Dad's condition I mistakenly dismissed the **** Dispute.
