On October 30th I used UB Movers, then going by Magnolia Family Movers. *You can note in the attached email the matching phone number (I also matched the names and faces in pictures),I was quoted a price of between $650-$850 for a move of a 4+ bedroom. I was also assured that they were a fully insured company.This ************* started at 10am and did not leave until midnight, and didnt even finish the job (myself and my four kids had to the next weekend). On top of this, by the end they were literally throwing things in a heap in the (unattached) garage that were very clearly labeled for the kitchen, living room, bed room, etc. I lost a couple hundred bucks in food, they broke my chicken coop beyond repair, several pieces of furniture, countless dishes and glasses, and somehow they managed to even put my box springs on upside down on my king sized bed (which I had to fumble my way through fixing with my 14 yr old son). All in all I lost thousands, that I cant afford as a single mom with four kids.I tried contacting them several times for weeks! They ignored me. I ending up paying them almost exactly $3,000 what was I supposed to do at midnight with four men in my house and four tired kids? I have attached pictures of damage and pictures of what some of these things are worth (most are shown at sale prices, not what I paid). I also included screen shots of my email correspondence that include their phone number showing its the same company by a different name and a screenshot of the payment.Initial Complaint

On June 17th, 2022 my roommate and I used UB Moving to help us move from one apartment to another. After the move, I realized that my tv screen was completely broken. Per contract, the moving company was supposed to reimburse us for any damages during the move. The owner ***** first agreed to reimburse us, then decided not to and he blocked mine and roommates phone numbers. I tried to email him directly, and I received no response. Im asking that this company reimburses me for my broken tv. We paid 560$ for the move with tip included. This company also milked the clock in order for us to pay them more for the move. On multiple occasions we caught the men sitting and doing nothing.
