I purchased a used DB11 last summer from them and have nothing but good things to say about them, their process and attention to customer satisfaction. Out of state transaction, sight unseen and I was pleasantly surprised. I'll go back to them again for sure.

I purchased a 2021 Audi RS6 from this dealer 2 weeks ago, I paid to have it shipped to my home in ********. When I initially spoke with the sales re/******, I asked her about the condition of the car and whether there was any damage to the paint or body. She said that the car was in excellent condition and that there are No issues with this wagon. This was also affirmed by ***************** , he is supposed to be one of the managers. When the car arrived in ******, I took it to *************, while performing the full detail they discovered that the car had been damaged and repainted at the * pillar and right rear fender. Upon further inspection, the paint is peeling in multiple locations, there are finger prints and palm prints under the clear coat. Additionally, it appears that the right rear wheel was damaged and appears to have been repaired. I contacted Glenview Luxury Imports and provided pictures showing the issues, they have denied that those problems were on the car. I will have my local Audi dealer inspect the car next week, Im concerned about any mechanical issues. The management team appears to deny that the car had any damage, which it clearly does. I believe they knew this when they sold me the car and are now being non responsive. Buyer beware, these people are not to be trusted.
