Back in march of 2021 I went to see Dr ********** to get my implants. 1st phase of my procedure was bone graft and in six month I was suppose to get implants, well 2 weeks after my surgery ********************** past away and ************** took over all ********************** clients. I had 2 emergency visits to their ******, I twice had infection and i was told to take antibiotics for both times back to back, none of them bother to do x-ray to see what was going on. i was very uncomfortable for the next six months, my gum was always bothering me. in September i came in to finally get this done, where i was told that unfortunately they cant put implants. everything needs to be cleaned and membrane need to be removed to prevent further infections. after my cleaning surgery i was told that all material was under my other tooth in the pocket where root should be and everything was infected. i was glad they were able to clean it and i wanted to be out. In the beginning, in march they offered me to apply for Care Credit with 0% i did and got approved, we agree they will charge me $3594.60 out $8067.00 after the first procedure and the second part will be done at the time when implants be put on. Well this second part never happened. I decided to call Care Credit to see if i can dispute my earlier charges since, surgery failed, dr past away and i was told it was improperly done. Care Credit said they will file a dispute to which Dr ****** acknowledge the dispute and refunded the Care Credit. Next thing i know i get a call from collection department charging me for unknowns charges, i never was told there will be any additional charges. i have collection after me now for $4410. I've emailed 3 times to the Dr ****** asking for the dr or owner of the practice to contact me asap. was failed no-one contacted me.

I've been seeing **************** for nearly a year now. She is a great doctor. With all the work she did I never had any pain like I did this day! **************** is very gentle and caring. There's been a lot of changes to this office in the past year and for the worst. This was my 3rd cleaning on 8/23/2021. It was to be the worst cleaning/dental experience in my life! I got a hygienist I've never had before, the place was extremely quiet too which was odd. Her name is Pavitra Solo, but I will refer to her as the SADIST! She began to evaluate my gums, which I wasn't expecting (and from now on I will never let anyone but a dentist do my evaluations), and stabbed me so many times and drawing blood too. Not a clue what she was doing! If that wasn't bad enough when she began to clean my teeth she jabbed and stabbed DEEPLY even more! I estimate a couple of dozen times in all! At one point she had a tool inside my mouth and turned away and really cut up my gums in the back of the mouth something terrible. Saying "ouch" or "*****" didn't persuade her to be more careful or stop her from causing me continued pain. I should have walked out right after the evaluation, but I thought I'd see if it got better....NOT! Also I have never had a hygienist literally spray water all over my face during a cleaning either! I had to ask if I could wipe my face off!? She says "that happens", I said "no, it doesn't". She also would lay the suction on my chest which was just the oddest thing too?! Creepy to say the least. When she polished my teeth it was a joke. She barely ran it over my teeth and missed several. When she began to floss is when I had finally reached my limit (being ****** patient with her) and told her to "STOP, JUST STOP, I'M LEAVING"!!! She was ramming the floss between my teeth so hard smashing my gums!!! I must have been her first patient by how horrible she was! Absolutely no compassion, no consideration for anything she had done. She needs to go back to school and/or be fired and especially learn some compassion. I have sensitive gums, I had Lanap surgery and I am trying to preserve what's left and to have a maniac stabbing and ramming floss into my gums is not helping! If she was any kind of a decent hygienist she would have used that numbing gel before she began her tortures. My gums and teeth hurt so bad afterwards and she gave me a headache too! I had to have eggs for dinner! Never again will I have my teeth cleaned here and I am not sure about seeing **************** again since this happened. I certainly hope she wouldn't condone this SADIST'S work ethics. Luckily I have found a wonderful dentist, *********************, with a gentle caring hygienist, *****, who did the best cleaning I've ever had earlier this year. No pain whatsoever.
