I went to this dentist based on advertisement. My first teeth cleaning was rough and when I relayed to **** ***** she said, "If you don't like it then go somewhere else". I wish I did. In March of 2021 she convinced me that there was decay under a tooth with a crown and a root canal. I agreed to the repair although I could not see any decay. While she was removing the crown and prepping the tooth she verbally questioned if there would be enough tooth left. Regardless, she gave me no option and proceeded with adding a new crown at a cost of $2000! In October of 2021 I developed a "fustile" in my gum. She said that the tooth needed to be retreated which meant the repair of the root canal and another crown. Enough is enough. I noticed that the crown seemed to lift up when I cleaned my teeth. I went to another dentist which told me that the tooth had broken off which confirmed the verbal questions of **** *****. The bottom line is that **** ***** has a lot of poor reviews. She wants me to pay the remainder of my ****. I want her to refund all of the cost for that poor decision of the crown repair. Now I'm in the process of getting an implant which will cost me $6000 with a more reputable dentist.

You are correct, I did encourage you to go to another dentist at the beginning of our relationship because you told me youve never been happy with any dentist and you said you were not impressed with my office either. You exhibited signs of being a patient who doesnt take responsibility for their decisions. I hit the mail on the head. But instead of finding another provider you chose to continue to come to my office. I did not question anything. I told you the truth. I explained you were choosing an option that would likely fail soon. I told you it was not the best option. I gave you several other options to SAVE MONEY. You refused. Now you blame me for your poor choices. Im glad you found a dentist you finally like. Had you chosen the implant option when I gave it, you would have saved thousands of dollars. Best of luck.

Needless to say, you started the rebuttal with a lie. How many more misleading comments are contained in the rest of your response. I came to your practice because my dentist had retired and sold off his business which would not accept my insurance. My dentist for many years was Dr. ****************** *******. He was a very congenial gentleman that took the time to explain the details and always gave a handshake with no rude responses as **** ***** did to me. I was happy with his care. The only option that you gave me was a referral to another specialist to get the tooth retreated so you could make another $2000 for another crown. Unfortunately, the tooth had broken off and could not be saved. You also did NOT give me the option of an implant. There was nothing on paper regarding the cost of the implant. The only thing that I walked out of you office with was the referral to another specialist because you could not handle the job.
