    Living in pontoon plaza apartments has been anything short of a nightmare. The complex was and still is taken over by roaches, water damage and mold. My family endured a lot of threats from the landlord ***** and the owner ************************** because we expressed that we were concerned for our health. The walls inside of our apartment were ruined from water damage and vents and everything had mold. He told us that mold is not harmful and that we were trouble makers and were becoming a headache to him. He asked for pictures as proof and we had them and once we told him he told us to get out immediately or be evicted. He also said he can do what he wants because those are his properties and he was doing us a favor by allowing us to remain there while we look for somewhere else to move. I've never been through a situation like this so I moved my family out as soon as I could. All of our belongings couldn't come with us and was trashed from the roaches pooping all over everything and hiding inside of our belongings. Our other belongings were ruined from water in the basement because of the constant basement floods. I lost all of my belongings because of this situation and neither of these individuals cared. I spoke with **************** as he likes to be addressed and asked for my deposit back after vacating the premises and he refused. I hope that other individuals will see this in hopes for protecting their mental health, physical health and avoid moving to these apartments. We were treated unfairly and humanly.

    These tenants were extremely uncooperative with our routine pest control as well as any maintenance issues when reported. After numerous verbal insults directed at myself, my manager, employees and sub contractors I told them if they left peaceably I would return their security deposit, which I will do.
