A month ago I went to have 4 brand new tires put on my jeep that I ordered and had delivered to my home. I took them down to the shop they were going to charge me $140 to do it. Well while waiting I here the little boy of the shop owner who was all of 12yrs old, say Dad we have a problem. Them the shop mechanic came and got me they sheered 1 lug off smooth to the rim on the passenger side front but had gotten all 4 other lugs off with no problems. They wanted to charge me $80 to remove the broke lug that they broke not myself. On the driver side front well every lug was rounded off smooth perfectly round and the guy that was working on that side did not even speak English. The shop owner tried to keep my money and told me to come back on Monday to have it fixed and still wanted to charge me the $80 to take out the broke lug that they broke. I said no please put my lugs back on the passenger side. Then the shop owner said you don't want us to do your back tires I said no. Then I requested my money back again and he said well I'm going to keep $20 and here is $120 back to you. At that rate I was so mad I agreed and left. No shop would deal with the tires since it was not damage they had caused. The rim har to be cut off the jeep then the center of the rim had to be carefully cut from the studs not to damage the hub. All the lugs had to be replaced and now I have to buy a new rim for my jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V8 4x4
