My vehicle needed an Axial to be fix on his car. Got the Jeep back. Husband notice the gear wasnt shifting correctly. We then took the vehicle to the dealership. Dealership advise me they put the wrong transmission fluid in the Jeep. Dealership it would cost $11000 to get it fix. CarShield will not cover the repairs outside influence failure.. After we pickup the Jeep it seem like they may have switched the tires out. We went to ***** and was told one of the tires may have been switched.Business response

See attached invoice from our repairs. Note no auto trans fluid billed out to customers and none needed. vehicle test drove with out trans problem. We replaced front drive axle assembles, no fluid lost .Their claim that we switched out one of their tires is just ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I carried my car to them on Feb. 2, 2023 to get it fixed. They know what is wrong with it - 2005 Ford 500. They told me it would need a battery and they put it in there. I asked them how long it would take and it has been a month. He told me it would need a wheel sensor. So evidently they did not fix it the first time. Everything that has been going on I have taken there for them to fix it. I still haven't heard from them and I think he is trying to overcharge me. I kind of trust him because I have been dealing with them for a long time. Now, I am having problems.Business response

I fixed the car. I went the extra mile and went to the ford dealer and spent the extra $260.00 out of my own pocket that I did not bill him. The car set here for two weeks, because the customer had a bad battery in the vehicle. The battery in the vehicle was six years old. I informed the customer to buy a battery from me or have the car towed. Customer did purchase a battery from my business it was part of the bill.Customer response

My car is not fixed. I had a brand new battery that I was going to bring down to him to put in my car and he said no. I told him the car has been cutting off. He charged me $500 and I know this is not right. All he did was clean the cables and put the battery in there. I had to get someone to jump my car. The car is not fixed. It is at ******* **** ** ******* ***** *********
