During the start of every month, I have been hit with overdraft fees after my auto pay bills take money. The problem being is that I do put extra money (by a hundred or 2) to make sure I do not get over drafted, yet here we are. I**;m told that my savings has a block to stop money being taken, thus stopping my savings paying for any amount with my checking, so I keep getting said overdraft fees. I have often time been told they**;d waive those fees but I have not seen them readjust these things. The most recent deposit I did with them did not reflect what I put in, specifically I put 1125 in my savings, and I told them to put 850 in my checking, but on the statement says 805, -112 from insurance, yet despite the amount clearly having more than enough to pay the 112, I got hit with the overdraft fee. My bank statements and their statements seem to be at odds.Business response

We have refunded any applicable fees, and offered services such as audio response,online and mobile banking, chat etc. to the member to monitor his available balance prior to making withdrawals. We have also advised he contact any third parties he has automatic ACH processing with to change the manner they take the funds out so he can ensure the funds have been deposited and are available prior to the authorization. The deposit in question was correct and is properly reported on the statement. The statements provided to our members provide an accurate description of any account activity that has occurred. We will be reaching out to the member to explain other options he can take advantage of to better monitor his account.
