Been speaking to this lady because my partner purchased something from her for myself for 145 us (I was not aware of the amount at first when he made the order). Around the end of April, beginning of may and spoke about getting stuff set up on his behalf so they can communicate with him. She told me the process which was kind of odd way it was set up. I replied to the email asking if I was still interested in the item and I said yes. I didn**;t hear for several weeks. The money order was supposedly sent in may so i kept sending messages asking her if she got it. She kept saying no and when I called her out at one point she says she got it in July the 4th and that the envelope was pretty torn up from the mail but could be still deposited. On the 6th of July I got the invoice (that**;s when I found out the price), and it asked me to confirm the information and when that**;s done the order would begin. I said yes the order is correct thank you. Then i received an email on the 11th of July saying thank you for the order and a tracking order would be sent. I kept asking for the tracking number and she promised this multiple times. All of a sudden a few days ago I am told that he would receive the tracking number so it makes no sense. I then ask for the tracking number but she just says its been shipped out, and the info sent to my fianc***;. She refuses to give me tracking info. Now I**;m being told they are waiting on new items, but we made this order so long ago now and there are other orders to deal with. After some time I asked if the order came through and she said it would arrive tomorrow, and that I will get a notification and tracking info to my email. After she was saying she could check the number but she has been ghosting me since the 23rd of the July. I called her from my number, no reply. I called from a different one and she**;s promising up and down it was sent. I asked her if she cashed the order and if so I just want my money back. That is then an email a few days later stating that the reason why is because he did not have an email due to being incarcerated. She has my email, and if she knew this situation would be odd, she would be on top of it. If she cashed in that order, I need to have that item.
