I hired them to come out for a one time treatment. He was going to put down traps and poison. I paid $165. It didn't work. The rodent ate through the trap. And the person only put down two sticky traps. When I called him again, he wanted to charge me another $80 for another treatment. He 100% guaranteed me that the treatment would work. On the receipt it just says "treatment" no details. He said that he would bring a refund but he never showed up. When I called, he said the accountant would mail it--I never got it. My landlord actually caught the rodent and threw it out. When he was here, he never looked for droppings or holes.Business response

I have responded to the complaint at the time of the treatment the customers was informed that this was on one time treatment the cost would be $165 we laid out some sticky traps and poison I informed the customer at the time that if the road in is called on the Trap I told him how to dispose of it I did inform him that the one-time treatment does not include us coming back and retrieving the rodent he agreed I also informed him if he still wanted a maintenance plan which would cover us coming back out and disposing of any rodents that I would give him 30 days to pay the remainder for the maintenance plan which I don't usually do I also agreed to give them a refund and inform them that it would take 14 to 30 days it has not even been 2 weeks since the time of the treatment I fully plan on refunding and the time that I had told them even though it wasn't a part of the agreement for a one-time treatmentCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: He lied to me about the treatment details and I still haven't received my refund he went from saying he would drop it off to then saying it got sent out to them saying he would cash app me and I sent my cash app and still no response from him he reads my text and still no reply if I don't receive my refund soon it will turn into a court matter because I still had to come out of pocket to hire another company this is the most unprofessional experience I've had I'm new to exterminators so I trusted him when I told him my issues and he was referred from ***** **** so I thought he was credible

I jave refund the money i I didn't lie about the treatment I have a son receipt stating what we did and the details of the treatment they were told it was a one-time treatment and they agreed to it they are also told that we do not come back and remove rodents on a one-time treatment we were paid to to capture a rodent and what we laid out did do the job also we explained to him how to dispose of the rodent after the road in was captured they called and wanted us to come back out and remove it once again I stayed it it was a one-time treatment and on a one-time treatment we do not come back out and remove rodents that is covered under service plan which they did not purchase they were explained to this at the time of the service but to avoid anything else I went ahead and refunded the money so there should be no further problems with this
